I was born in Uruguay, and my family is all from Uruguay. I once watched the Simpsons while visiting, and it was obviously in Spanish, and just not as funny. Many of the jokes lost meaning. My brother and I always laughed at this joke watching the english re-runs of this episode. Another episode also has on a sign at a carnival when Homer and Marge walk by that reads "Have it Uruguay".
