i can do a good amount of push ups, pullups, and dips, the basic calisthenics, i would consider my self at an intermediate level but i need a good routine/workout plan to follow so i can get to that advanced level and be able to do muscle ups and the other advanced moves does this dvd have a workout plan like that or is this just a dvd that shows people doing different moves with no instructions

ATTENTION BARSTARZZ! i really like your work and methods of training! i visited your website and i'll probably buy the dvd in a couple of days but there's something i wanna mention.. the description of your dvd on the website looks like it was typed by an illiterate 10 yr old in 45 secs.. it's just unprofessional and makes you seem stupid which obviously you're not.. so please take a look and fix it. i see that you guys are gaining more popularity and success. keep it up
