Don't take this the wrong way but...if my facial hair is scaring you, then you should shave your head. I've never known facial hair to leap off a person and cause problems. You scare me because you have that chilling quality where you sneak up on someone's channel like Stewie from family guy scuttling around like a cockroach, and you leave macabre little comments that have nothing to do with the video content. I think I'll grow my facial hair back now.
John Lennon's music was way ahead of it's time. I really like his Imagine song, especially when he says imagine a world, with no religion. There are many days when I wish there could be a day when people could see that happen. Instant Karma was another great song. It's a shame he died so young. He could've done many other peace songs.
I agree that his music was way ahead of his time. I do think of the music that he would have made had he lived a long life. Thanks for your comment. How are things going for you with school and everything?
Agreed! The real bringers of peace preach brotherhood and humanity and not death being more important than life and impossible standers of acceptance. I hope more people see this video.
Great vlog - Sometimes I wonder what he'd have to say about our current wars, and sometimes I wonder if it's better that he's been spared it. But I'm greedy, I want him here now, even if it would pain him to see what we're doing to the world, and each other.
I think he and Paul M. would not be seeing eye to eye on the matter of current wars. I want him here, too!! And in a way, he's always with me through my song collection. I also think he'd have the power to easily mobilize public intelligence (and then opinion) about environmental issues. I am very sure he changed the world. Whatever sort of age comes in the next century, whether we rise and fall, in some form his music will be one of the key instruments in the world establishing lasting peace.
Very true, Gary. He's still working for the betterment of all because his music, his messge, his words have a momentum like that of a snowball rolling down a snow-covered mountain.
