McCain at first cancelled the trip to the oil rig, originally scheduled with Governor Jindal, because there had been an oil spill, near the mouth of the Mississippi. They rescheduled the trip about a week later. This later visit is the one he's talking about. The oil spill was caused by a collision of one of the oil freighters, which had just filled up at the rig.

Well, as anyone who's done any gulf fishing knows, as a matter of fact, yes, fish DO love the oil rigs. They love the protection of the structure. Clearly you're talking out of your ass without any kind of knowledge on the matter.
Secondly, it's Obama and his ridiculous big government plans and policies that we can't afford. Being a professional economist, I assure you that Obama's economic plans will (if implemented) be disastrous. Btw, it's called a cabinet, presidents are mostly figureheads.
Who cares if fish actually like oil rigs! I personally prefer to eat mine with less Mobil One than more. The point is that McCain is trying to frame oil drilling as 'Charlie Tuna Approved' or as an not the environmental catastrophe that it is in reality.
And if economists knew as much as they claim, wouldn't we have been able to avert the current crisis we find ourselves in? Or did the liberals somehow mess everything up again?
And it's not Obama's war that has cost us hudreds of billions.
