@bigdragon21 Sorry about the late response...Youtube is acting up and I no longer get comment notifications on this vid....I was actually planning on making a tutorial for that part since I get some mail already asking about it. for starters go REALLY slow, after a while your fingers will be on autopilot at any tempo.

@ivancebe start painfully SLOW and gradually build up speed, that eventually your muscle memory will kick in and allow you to play without even looking at the keys at any tempo.

I have never played Chrono Cross, so I have no nostalgia filter, no kind of emotional attachment or memories attached to this song. And having said that, I can honestly say it's one of the most moving pieces of videogame music I've ever heard. I love it.

Because if you don't it sounds horribly uneven. At most times it's an 11th reach (almost impossible to make sound seemless)

this game's music is so goooood! why can't everyone realized that. there really is a such thing as good music. sound isn't on the ear of the beholder. i've never enjoyed this game but loved the music. that is what good musics can do. draw us in the game even if the game isn't quite good. not vise versa. i don't know why people enjoy musics like legend of zelda but i personally think it is annoying. only when people become fans will they appreciate music is stupid.

I've never played the game unfortunately (I lack the attention span and I basically suck at all video games)

but my brother used to play it almost obsessively and learned how to play this on piano.

I can play the first few notes on guitar.

I really do love this song though.

I agree entirely, I have beaten that game alot of times, and I still can't get over the ending, and I have to listen to it alot of times.
