@adamg709 Yup. "Noddies" or "listening shots". This interview is a rough cut (i.e. unedited, or not completely edited). When you see it on TV, it'd switch between shots of Frank talking and the interviewer "nodding" like that.

Once you've worked in the industry, you see just how artificial even something like an interview is!
