I bet this is a normal scenario.. Idols are working REALLY REALLY hard and so is the people who trains and coach them BEFORE debuting. EVEN after the debut they still will meet a lot of challenges with working hard with their super-tight scedules which sometimes only allow 3-4hours of sleep. And all this brings us the best quality in music and performances. Haven´t you noticed that the performance quality is very high in the kpop scene? Thanks to this hard work, the idols WANT this.

Yeap this is THE REAL world for all pop fans!!! Company get 99.9999% profit. Whatever the rest goes to the groups or individuals. That's why so many fans who are blinded by all this promotions. It's not easy being an idol and it's worst when you are not popular. Company invest millions but all they think of is getting those money back. They aren't really treating any some of the artiste with respect.

It's necessary to train them to handle harsh comments. The kpop industry is harsh and they prepare them. Harsh comments from netizens have driven idols to suicide, training like this prevents that by making them stronger people. It's harsh, but the reality. You should praise Star Empire for coming out with footage like this.

@chibixcandy yes, at the beginning the leader was Sera. But right before they debuted, they decided to change the leader to Rana, as she's the oldest in the group. But now that Rana has left, we don't really know who's the leader.

I know they have been going through hard times espacially for Sera , Jaekyung and Sam because the are the oldest members * in the group from the beginning* the group went into many changes espically changing members. I'm happy that Sera and Sam are still in the group and they didn't lose the hope. I hope they can make it big because these girls really deserve it.
