I don't think we will be able to create ninja until the series ends for a while and they just start throwing shit in. Ya know like Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi. If they do end up adding in that feature, the characters moves, I think, should be based purely on what chakra element you want him/her to have:Lightning, Water, Fire, Wind, or Earth. Maybe have an option to decide if you want your ninja to have a sword/be a puppet master etc. and assign the combos as:Combo Set 1 sword/puppet etc.

All the resurrected ninjas? Hell no, unless you mean just the characters that are important like Nagato, Itachi, Asuma, ect. For me I want the game to focus less on the fighting, I mean, if they focus too much on the fighting it will just become another button mashing game that gets boring one run through. Why not add more to the surrounding? Like allow more room for movement and make it challenging or get into certain areas? even make a stealth section.

Good ideas...but I think character like killer bee, sasuke (cursed mark) and also kisame than have so many transformations should have 2 awakening at the same time. According to me killer bee should have hachibi 2 version and then when you are tranformed and only if the team gauge is at maximum you can transform full hachibi. the same think with sasuke that should have 2 level cursed mark (but without the wings that he can use only to protect) and then Eight Branches Technique..should be great

character customization and jutsu creation is a terrible idea it would ruin the graphics and unregulate the gameplay to a point where everything is random and multiplayer modes are useless.

ps. there is an ultimate ninja storm 3 but its called ultimate ninja storm generation. it has 86+ characters because it has all the character from the beggining of naruto to at least the 5 kage summit arc. it comes out spring 2012

No offence, but character creation is kind of stupid. The models wouldn't turn out right, and plus, you'd just have the same hair as one of the other Naruto characters but a different color.... There's not a whole lot you can do with that in this type of game. Plus, how would the model work for online? You can't configure all of these possibilities out before hand for a 3D fighter game of these proportions. It'd work in a 2D plane type of game like Mortal Kombat, but not here.

@NarutoStorm3 1: Smackdown vs RAW runs on a TERRIBLE fighter engine. They all suck and the animations are HORRID. Storm is completely different. Storm is cel-shaded rather than texturized, so it would not work the same.

2: The new DBZ looks terrible, so character creation sounds pretty awful. The DBZ video franchise has sucked since after Budokai 3 anyway. Tenkaichi/ Raging Blast is garbage.

Square Enix is probably the only company that goes all out that way since they have huge CGI cutscenes. They rush nearly every Naruto game they make and some of the features end up half-assed and barely tested before being released. And like I said earlier, with this type of Cel-shaded graphics, it'd be way too hard to add a character customization feature without bad models.

my main problem with the characters is that the henchmen, ALL resurrected ninja, and no chakra aura awakenings. They should stay (so more stuff can be added) but each with its unique improvements. and skip the nuns1 characters, thats for 2.5 (generations)

Maybe each character can get 3 jutsu levels. Like a weak, normal and ultimate. Weak being something like Naruto's clones or Sasuke's fire ball jutsu. Normal being the rasengan or chidori. and Ultimate being Rasenshuriken or Amateratsu. I'm not sure how this will work for other characters but It's worth a shot

Good ideas, the first Storm was excellent, the second one REALLY dissappointed me, the first one one you jump all around Konoha and then they gave you that linear street map, WTF! The Ultimates were mostly crap and were actually outdone by the lesser jutsus, Yamato and Gaara's ultimate were virtually the same thing! All in all the developers just didn't put their all into it, the game wasn't utterly horrible but it could have been alot better, hope Ninja Storm 3 learns from UNS2's mistakes!

Storm 1 was the ultimate naruto game! I Still Own It and play it alot. Jutsu Clashes, Running on Walls, Really Cool Ougi's! Teamate assists to knocking your opponent out of the air. They actually announced that Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is NOT Storm 3. This is more of a prelude to Storm 3, they are going to wait till the anime catches up a little to the next great ninja war. There were alot of things they wanted to add into Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 that they couldn't because they had alot of other projects. You could expect Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Late 2012 to early 2013
