Yes, we do spend a lot of time with them. It is important for their socialization. We try to ignore them, but we just can't as they vie for our attention all the time! *wink* (that ignoring part was a joke)
Your kind of comment is exactly one we would erase because of your complete misunderstanding. It is also flat obvious you haven't met our birds nor talked to any of our clients. When it becomes about price, then we know right off that that person is looking for a deal and not a family member.
I had hoped that my PM to you would've helped you understand why we price the way we do. We don't advertise our prices on the web for the very reason you have proved in your misunderstandings. $50-$60 birds are worth exactly that. Our birds are worth the cost we ask.
The price we set includes the babies first vet check which runs anywhere from $60-80 and also ensures the best home. $60-80 for a lovebird that is supposedly tame doesn't include the vet check, nor does it include everything we include with our birds as well as access to us for questions, etc. You'll find that many breeders cut off from their clients once the bird is gone. Just ask our clients; they'll attest that our birds are WAY worth the cost.

I love your birds! It's great how much they trust you guys, and how much they seem to love you! I'm thinking about getting lovebirds for myself, and if I lived anywhere near you I'd definately have to steal some of yours :p

This is such a sweet and adorable video - you two are 5-star "parents". I've had a special spot in my heart for Love Birds since I first met my own so many years ago. She's since passed on, but all the learning she created for me- and the love for all creatures she sparked in me, these remain. Enjoy your little winged ones!
