@stayplayamade242 Good question. The answer: Because it would have come out. There was too much press attention and lots of gang member accusations in and out of the press, after his death. Someone would have reported something. If he'd been picked up, cuffed, etc. etc. too many people would know and someone would've reported it to the papers or TV reporters. Stuff like that doesn't stay hidden when people are looking. There's more than court records to evidence the record.
