Thanks for posting this video! Very nostalgic! I was a Distinguished Winner at the Singapore Electone Festival 1988, remember Paul Liang. My electone crapped out many years ago. Those were the days of competition songs that had to have a 'fast' then 'slow' then 'fast' coda ha ha! It was great that u upset the Japs (who usually win) for the Grand Prix!! Didn't the Indonesian girl get an Outstanding Performance along with Paul Liang? Anyway, amazing u posted this old video on YouTube!!!!

What a surprise to see this video again as well as the recent performance of Jason Geh. It was a glorious time of Electone. There were also Ng Chai Yee, Goh Chee Seng, Paul Liang (Singapore) and not to forget the Electone diva Chan Loong Foo. It was almost 20 years ago. I wonder if anyone has those videos.....for old time's sake.

Fantastic performance! I assume you composed it yourself? HX-1 was not an easy instrument to master. But you obviously knew it well.

Yes it's my own composition. I wrote it 20 years ago. Wow how time flies...
