The Myth of Fedor is dead fans is just going to have to face it that Fedor was never that good. The JAPS hyped Fedor so much in Pride I even believed he was the best. The Myth of Fedor is dead fans is just going to have to face it that Fedor was never that good. The JAPS hyped Fedor so much in Pride I even believed he was the best. Fedor was TKO by Dan Henderson in the first round tonight. Fedor was beaten by a fighter that was undersized and Fedor still could not beat the guy. Fedor has been dodging Overeem for years now we see why. All of those Pride guys are in question now with the exception of a few guys and Pride was FAKE.

And Prime just means his peak good fighters that's pass their prime can still be competitive in their sport. Great fighters pass their prime can still beat good fighters and go on runs for one last title shot. Machida didn't want "Anderson Silva money." He wanted 200k. Anderson makes 200k base, but he also makes PPV cut and likely locker-room bonuses from Dana for a good performance. The bulk of Anderson's purse comes from the PPV cut. Machida is NOT asking for PPV cut... just the 200k. Anderson Silva is not the best figher ever, He is in the worst and easiest division on all of MMA, he has fought 2 guys, Vitor Belfort and Henderson. Those are all.

@Bestmoviealive It's a universal idea, that's he's the goat. Almost all the major publications listed him as the greatest mixed martial artist that ever lived! I'm not saying, that can't be challenged, and i'm sure in the future, things wil change, and maybe Anderson Silva might take that stop. But as of now, he is universally known as the best! And he was unbeaten for 10 years, so this idea is quite accurate. Most ppl who like Fedor watched him since 2001! Trust me they know more than u!

It's clearly a situation where the UFC fans discredits him, because he hasn't fought in the UFC against familiar fighters, and a case where original mma fans, acknowledge his success, and respects the guys he fought at pride. If FEdor is satisfied with his legacy (which he probably doesn't really care much for) if he's satisfied with it, we have no rights to say this or that regarding his legacy. There will still be Fedor lovers, and Fedor haters whever u go.. And u know that better me? Rofl~ As for M1, i'm not a big fan of them either, and they prevented FEdor from going to the UFC, which annoys me as much as u! But Fedor i will always respect!

To say he's never fought the best, is downright ludicrous.. Unless you have screws loose somewhere, u can never make such an ignorant comment ripped off from Dana White in 2007. pridefc was way ahead of the UFC back in 2003-2005!
