I think the most interesting thing I have seen in Osaka is an office building called, "The Beehive". Basically, it is a 16 story office building that has and elevated highway right through it. It is also know as the, "Gate Tower Building" check it out if you get the chance, because it is definitely and awesome piece of architecture.
@cloudstrifeification That sounds very cool, I wanted to go see the sky tree building. But I injured my knee & didn't feel like walking there unfortunately : /

@finalfantasy4everock Yep we sure did, we took heaps of footage from the ferris wheel with both our camera's...yep cabbage & raw, it didn't look very apetizing. But it turned out it was like an eating utensil lol
Nice vid. I went to Osaka last year but I'm Tokyo now and plan on doing a lot of wandering around for the next 3 weeks and finding little place like that restaurant to enjoy myself. Keep the vids coming Mick.

Awesome! I'm planning out my Japan trip now, and Namba is where I'll be going in Osaka. But, Naniwa looks really nice too, as does Americamura. I may have to spend more than one day in Osaka! lol.
@wickedlady4180 Definately lol...we were there for a couple of days, well arriving in the arvo & leaving the next arvo. We could have spent a bit more time there. The city didn't look as tidy as Tokyo, so you might not want to wander around the city as much. But it was cheaper for accomodation, this place next to the ferris wheel was great value at $60. Its also close to the "sky building" & Osaka castle. Himiji & Kobe are just down the track. Make sure you do "Nunobiki Falls" : )
I haven't been to Osaka since 1998. We were in Kyoto last spring, and should have visited while we were that close. Osaka is definitely a foodie town.

@MrJingjong There were some nice restauraunts there...Shimkansens are always pretty comfy & fun to watch out the window with your gavouite mp3's & a few beers ; D
