The rant slightly confused me. I think Simon has his facts mixed up a bit. It appears he's combining multiple groups, and making them sound far worse than they really are. Even Lewis tried to cut him off, but once Simon starts a rant... Well, no one can stop him :P

Also, WoW has 'furry' races. Dosent mean the game instantly sucks... Though in this case, the game sucked anyways.

I actually agree with his rant if you only apply it to people who really think that way. I hate when people say they're really a dog on the inside or something, and they compare that to the legitimate struggle of being transgender, it pisses me off because they're NOT the same thing. But the problem is, it's not actually that many furries who believe they're animals on the inside. Most I know are perfectly aware of being and content to be human.

Furries generally don't actually think they're animals. There's a few who do but people usually call them "otherkin." The only thing furries are really defined by is an interest in anthro animals and possibly having an animal character to represent themselves online and at cons. Anything else is basically whatever floats yer boat. Everyone has their kinks and imo as long as you're not actually raping a dog or something I don't really give a shit what porn people draw or don't draw.
