  • good job dude. very well done. what software is it? can you please send me a link where I can download the free trial?

  • The software is 3d Studio Max unsure of what version but I believe the current is 9.

  • vree good

  • You DO understand that this is Cris right? THE webmaster of 3D palace and maker of many, many, many awesome video tutorials. He knows more about 3ds max than most people and surely all noobs. He could animate this model with great ease. His modeling style is quite popular and it's a great way to make 'mechs'.

  • Yup, ive tried at several times to add a disclaimer to send people to the site of 3d-palace.. but somehow it wont let me edit the description.

  • your modeling technique is so different from mine. One down side about it is that your robot is not set up for animation.

  • Yeah thats true but this probably only took him a few hours. He could probably ad on a few little joints and set it up for IK no problem.

  • Great...

  • i'll like to know how to use gmax or 3dmax program any tutorial

  • Glorious. Know what would have topped that off quite satisfyingly? Ending with a full rendering of the model.

  • very good stuff dude!
