  • wow this the most awesome thing ive ever seen, jonnys swagger is unreal.

  • why is my favorite Radiohead song a song that NO ONE knows? I mean it makes me feel cooler than if it were "Creep" but I want SOMEONE to know it SOMETIMES

  • @37taupwn you hang out with the wrong people perhaps my friend

  • <3

  • Angry Radiohead fans :D

  • what venue are they playing at?

  • @tikarina02

some french joint called le reservior

  • I got really excited when I heard this song playing in a restaurant one time.

  • it's a drunken PUNCH UP AT A WEDDDINNNNGGGG YEAH!!!!!

  • gotta love radiohead fans who instead of enjoying the song always argue about some irrelevant shit.

  • 2:40 rawr thom spittle lol.

  • great song, great group, they have put the standars too high for other group to reach...

  • excellent man every song is epic RADIOHEAD is in a league of their own .I hardly listen to other lol radiohead always wins!Greatest Band of all time!

  • Brilliant!!!!!!!!!

  • This is like sex in audio format

  • this is betta

  • I've got it!

Jonny's tele is reminiscent of like an old WWII fighter, wot with the pin-up girl sticker an all.

    Brilliant!

  • Comment removed

  • i think it's an astroboy sticker? not sure though :P

  • I don't know why (you bother) complaining about the quiet audience

Nothing ruins live recordings more than obnoxious audience members

  • i wonder if this song is based on true events. Was Thom Yorke at a wedding were a drunk guy became belligerent and picked a fight? Irregardless, a great song on a great album. The Bends is still my favorite album but Hail to the Thief is a close second.

  • im sure thom has a LOT of drunk stories.

  • maybe at his own wedding

  • Thom's not married.

  • i read somewhere that it was written in response to a bad concert review they got. a drunken punch up at a wedding is an analogy for someone who ruined something that was a great event for others.

  • interesting. Ya know that would make perfect sense. "You had to piss on our parade, you had to ruin it for all of us." Well thank you. I learned something new :-)

  • also the reference to journalists as hypocrites and opportunists, like sharks waiting to tear him apart. we all know thom has a love/hate relationship with the press. this song is a great example of thom's writing style. usually it's not meant to be taken literally, nor is it too abstract that you can't figure out what he's trying to say. a great, in-between kind of lyricist.

  • precious

  • I think I like that opening guitar line that goes throughout the song better than on the studio version. It kinda makes me wish it was on the version on Hail to the Thief.

  • Radiohead is my favorite band, ever. This song is one of my personal favorites. One that they don't play in their live shows enough.

  • famous but still under rated.... love ya RH!!!

  • que tiene escrito en su guitarra jonny greenwood??????

  • creep's verse to chorus progression, where johnny does this distorted beat thing, has this weird count to it.....hard to count

  • this song is so funky!! one of the reasons which Radiohead is so amazing, they are so versatile, they can mix different styles and make something wonderful

  • fucking brilliant song!!

  • que efecto o pedal utiliza jonny greenwood en esta cancion????

  • FREAKIN GROOVY

  • The first ten seconds of this sound like a Tom Waits song.

  • wouldnt suprise me if they are inspired by Tom Waits :-) he is also very unique

  • actually Thom is a Tom Waits fan :-)

  • no suprise :) both are really nice

wtf who gave me -1 for that comment :P how could that have offended anyone

  • Mm, We Suck Young Blood could be a Tom Waits song if you listen to it :D

  • what does Thom have on his voice!!!!

  • what does Thom have on his arm?

  • oh god I really wish I could've been here

  • This song is so amazing.

  • i think u are back wards, maybe cold play has a song that sounds like radiohead, wow go figure, a coldplay song that sounds like radiohead, i think u should be listening to radiohead before coldplay son, thats like saying ,wow the beatles have a song that sounds like oasis.

  • amen brother.

im sick of all these kids around here knowing oasis and coldplay... and when i say radiohead they say... oh yeah that song creep??

    it fucking pisses me off.

  • Tell me about it.

  • dude, something catastrophic happened to me. I was hanging out with this amazing girl who i really like and i play you and whose army in my car, she says

"who SINGS this song?", i go "well, the band who PERFORMS this song is radiohead",

"oh, radiohead... 'I love radiohead', they do creep don't they". You might as well have stabbed me right there haha.

I then preceded to cry inside. I mean, not even radiohead likes creep haha.

  • ye man i love radiohead but creep is a terrible song, tho we have a lot to thank it for as that song proppeled them into stardom and we probs wouldnt have the beautiful music they made after that without it

  • i love creep i think its a great song

  • Let's get one thing straight... I'll agree that Creep (or anything on Pablo Honey, for that matter) is no match for the music Radiohead created later in their career, but Creep is not a terrible song. If it weren't for that song, Radiohead wouldn't have ever been given a chance by record labels. I must agree with thejugglenaut though, it really bothers me when someone says, "Oh Radiohead, they do Creep right?". What about Pyramid Song, Let Down, Nude or one of their other brilliant songs?

  • i didnt say it was terrible :S

  • i agree for me at the end of the day though pablo honey is my least fave radiohead album it is far superior to 99.9 % of other music and creep i think is a top song so yeah long rule radiohead

  • @floyd0murphy may the ocean of idiocy only remind you that your on land babycakes

  • @floyd0murphy What if I love all three? and many of Radiohead's other songs.. Like Idioteque, Subterranean Homesick Alien, Let Down, and Just.. All of which are FUCKING AMAZING!

  • dearest youtuber, i'm real sorry! I made the comment when i had only just starting listening to radiohead, so please don't shout at me :S I retract my comment and I will know say: "I know a Coldplay song that sounds like Radiohead" I'm fully aware that Radiohead were around before Coldplay and that they're influenced and fans of Radiohead. It was just the first thing that came to mind when i heard this song.

  • maybe you should peace the fuck out and learn to read cause the kid only said it reminds him of a coldplay song.

  • seriously. Why do people get so pissed.

  • @frmthacrdle2thagrave best simile ever

  • radio-friendly crap vs ultimate glory. guess what's what?

  • this comment did definetly not deserve all that criticism. he was just comparig two songs, not even stating an opinion.

  • Fuck I love this song - my fav. Radiohead song.

  • what a fucked up audience.

man, they should've been kicked out or something. what's the purpose in going to a gig and acting like some 99year old prick?

  • No wonder they are french lol! kidding ;P

  • thats a sexy tune

  • great preformance.

but the audience is so boring!

    man if i was there...

  • Le chanson est parfait. Jonny is with his guitar, I mean..WITH it. And just come on, man-Thom is the shit.

  • where is this concert from and when? I think I know someone in the crowd...

  • Paris (France) in 2003

  • oh SNAP! wow version wow. so sexyyyyy! thom/jonny sexyyyyyyyyy.

  • Played live this song is so much more attractive!!! I had no idea. There there and 2+2=5 are my absolute favorites of that album. Also people who havent yet heard the B-side of hail to the thief, YOU MUST check out "i am a wicked child" on youtube. It's absolutely brilliant, and i still find it sad why it wasn't a main publish but a B-side. But then again, this isn't the 1st time they published an absolute masterwork as second grade, lol.

  • i'd say being a B-side doesn't mean it's "second grade" rather wouldn't fit on the album? i mean if they thought it was second grade they probably wouldn't publish it at all....just my two cents

  • easily my favorite radiohead song ever. thanks

  • Does anyone have the sheet music for for the piano?

  • Did anyone happen to see the spit sag out of Thom's mouth hitting the phone at 2:37?

It was great. Really soaked it well :)

  • Lol dude. You're very observant ;)

    There there ;D

  • thanks

  • This is the best performance Ive seen of this song.

    Simply amazing.
