Are you running the game at 320x240? I'm running it on my cab but it only looks right at 640x480 which is interlaced. I can't figure out the correct res for this game.

Yeah, sadly. I remember I saw someone mention it a while back somewhere and I went around lurking information about it. I think it was on the MAME developing forum where someone asked if the emulation could be gotten into progress if they were funded a PCB to rip the games of.
If I remember correct the person and some others who're responsible for MAME development wrote that any new CAVE games would not be emulated any time soon by them because of formal request from CAVE.
Espgaluda1 and Mushi have PS2 ports, Espgaluda1 ps2 port emulation is broken, Mushi's works but requires top of the line pc specs. Ketsui will be ported to Xbox360, there won't be emulation for it.
As for MAME you won't be seeing these in at least several years since nothing after Progear will be emulated by MAME team.

now i got the emulator and the rom
60fps all the time,perfect
however i found tat theres a serious input delay,which is almost unplayable

There's minor input delay but nothing big for me, you might want to recheck all your plugin settings.
