@Aquatom95 this could deffinitelly be mass produced by machines, but that process takes a lot of money and is usually only viable financially for items with a huge demand in numbers. for example, how many people do you know own a violin vs how many people own an automobile or have purchased a bottle of soda? Doesnt mean it cant be done, it's just not worth doing..

well i got my electric off of ebay for 125$. sounds like it would be a cheap violin right? It's actually an excellent one with beautiful craftsmanship, but keep in mind that it did have it's minor tweaks. I took it in for string replacements and 'slippy' pegs, but those were easily fixed within the first week. I also got mine from a trusted seller. Don't buy just any old electric. Pick one that can last you a while and won't break easily.

they are not really expensive, you can find one around 150 euros now. Around that price you can also get a decent traditional violin:) Both violins are hand-crafted. I have a traditional one but I recently both an electric one. I think it`s better to have both:D
