I appreciate your posting the clips of the Ami. Is your particular Ami a spruce top or a cedar top?
I've played both and love both. Just torn now on which to get; only reason I didn't pick one up yet. I can't believe the sound that comes out of these little fella's.
if i may share some constructive criticism. i found the harmonics overkill and slightly annoying. also the composition was a little hard to follow in terms of what you were tying to share. perhaps a little to much fancy technique. but really really good.
Thank you for the criticism I can see where your coming from, since it was my first AnL composition I might of gone little over board on the harmonics, I hope you check out some of my other stuff I pull from a lot of different sytles and some are far less technical than others.
The local pawn shop has an Art Lutherie, Canada made with spruce top. They want $350 for it, I have played it and it sounds great, would you recomend this guitar?
I definelty would I think for the money it sounds great, thats around what I got mine for and I think it sounds like a $1,000 guitar. Are they the best in the world? No. but for the money I think they are one of the best cheaper guitars :P
congradulations, I took some time checked out your channel you got some skills. I will be awaiting your next upload with your AnL hope you love yours like I do mine..
P.S I await my cut from AnL they should hook me up I pimp there product to a few guitar players :P
hey thanks man, I might upload a cover from the meat puppets - oh me.... this song sounds fantastic on the AnL. or I may just post an origonal.
This truly is the king of the cheaper guitar, you are deffintly right, I went to the local guitar shop and jamed on a Martin with a price of $989 and the A&L actualy plays and sounds better.
Thanks for your help man, also thanks for sharing your unique style, keep it up bro.
Hi Ryan. That was fantastic, it's amazing to see how many unknown people is able to create such beautiful things. I love your style and I love youtube.
Really nice piece Ryan! I'm glad to see you were finally able to get another guitar! Which Art & Lutherie model did you get? Yours sounds really good. And, what did you do with your old guitar? Shoot it? :O) -Derek
lol Derek an interesting idea but no I put it to rest in its equally old and crappy case in my closet. Perhaps one day if I ever make some money with my music Ill have it restored for sentimental reasons :) as for what model I am not really sure I'm not at home atm but when I do ill get back to you on the model.
I'm selling one of these A&L guitars in a huge bundle on eBay, check my youtube channel for the video of what's all included.

420, if you look into the soundhole there should be a label you can read on the inside bottom with the model name and wood type.
