I recently came across one of the books he wrote many years ago about his adventures in the Top End. I had never previously heard of him, until I read his book. What a bloke. He head some fantastic adventures up there. He lived a life full of adventures. I am happy that he did write a few books to document his experiences of a world that has long gone.
Mal, you will live on in my heart now. Well lived, mate!
I first saw Malcolms work in the late 60s his father was the principle of Karingal High
and we watched his first movie at school. I was hooked and later on my 3 sons and I loved watching his shows together. He was so natural and so energetic about what he did that you could not help but be inspired by him. Our love of the bush, beach and fishing is down to great men like Malcolm. RIP
@nespali me as well.....for the last 3 weeks i have been watching every episode on utube , inspired me to go fishing and camping and just enjoying this great land of australia...im just devestated to say the least....WHY is it that the good people in this world are always taken so soon and the murders and ect...live on...what fukin GOD...pfff..!!
