All these celebrations are just made out from men, from those who want to get rich, by selling all their stuff for the holydays. They make people believe that this is something about the family, and if you don't celebrate you don't love your family.

he is making my sons do it, theyre unaware the holidays are paga, and i dont want them to celebrate but he says we have no choice bc im living with him i have to do what he says, because he wants to show his daughter a sense of family tradition. i dont know what to do, i dont want my children celebrating holidays, they are also bombarded at school with this stuff, ray thinks its harmless.

Holidays are pagan. He wants me to participate in celebrating Thanksgiving, and christmas because he says he has been celebrating holidays with his family for a long time and argues with me that it always has been a tradition in his family.
One thing i just thought about is It does not say anything about the pilgrims an Indians in the bible because none of the bible was written during 1492. The last part of the bible was suppose to be Revelation an that was composed near the end of Domitian's reign around the year 95 AD.
So just because its not in the bible does not mean its satanic.

God convicted me of smoking, drinking, what I watch, wordly music, holidays/pagandays. But the one thing I need help withis over eating. @keepinthfaithlastday The only advice I can give you friend. Is to seek God with all your heart to deliver you from this. I recommend you get yourself into the Bible more maybe an hour at a time and pray. But if he's already delivered you from all things you said, well chances are that he's already working in you to be delivered from overeating. I will pray for you and I believe you will be delivered from it. Next time you have the urge to overeat. Cryout to Jesus, for help. Love you in Christ!
