In this movie they are speaking Old (biblical) Hebrew. In reality, we don't know. Most likely either Old Hebrew, Sumerian, or Old Iranian.

@DoctorLevison I know it's been months, but this isn't hebrew at all this is Arabic, just for the movie, but no one is really sure of the real language

Yeah, sorry about that. A lot of the words sound very similar to Hebrew (the way they pronounce Cain ("Qay'in") and Abel ("Ab-eel") etc.
