I'm from Germany. It's very hard to define an overall mentality of a country. My wild guess is that we Germans are somewhat strict and organized. Our mentality is more about working hard and achieving something. That's o.k. - but sometimes we better should follow the swedish example of "whatever will be will be"-mentality.
