  • This is a very cool song. I like it a lot. The video is pretty cool too. Keep up the good work. My daughter makes music too. I told her to check you guys out.

  • @sixtovision

Thanks! But I'm the filmmaker who made the video. this is my channel. the artists can be found on facebook.

  • twin sisters, ok

  • Great job man!

I have two friends who are Christain artists who I want to do a bang up video for

this looks like the camera to get!

    thanks for posting

  • @brushless55 definitely get it. save the extra $100 from the canon t3i and buy either the 50mm 1.8ii on amazon or save up for the Rode video mic. dont forget the magic lantern firmware

  • @FishGreeceMedia

    thanks man!

I will possibly spend the extra 100bucks so I can have the audio adjustments in the camera and the swivel screen, and get some pro audio

don't these cameras come with a 18-55mm lense?

  • Homie, u got talent. Big things to come.

  • @mic4rap thanks man. i got a video that im editing now that should be but by friday. its a bit of a step up than this one so i hope you check it out

  • yo bro

    loved the video

im also trying out as a music video director

how did u get the quality to be so good ?

i cant seem to get it this good at 360p

do u use premiere pro ?

what are the settings when ur shooting ?

  • @eisontv2 Hey, thanks for liking it. Honestly the quality is horrible. Do you have the Canon T2i? I have it and its awesome but my computer is slow so i had to transcode the clips to apple intermediate codec instead of Apple ProRes 422 HQ in order to edit it on my old mac. I also show in low light and last but not least i color graded the heck out of this video which will also give a lot of noise. i use final cut and i shot this at 24fps. and youtube makes a 360p version i uploaded it as 720p

  • how do you sync the audio in post....especially w so many clips?

  • @gruponemesis Here's the process. Im glad you asked by the way. You lay the music track down first before doing any editing. Then you use the audio on the clips to reference and link with the song. a lot of times i didnt even sync it. i just saw the artist bobbing their heads and i put it on the beat. sometimes i used the same clips twice. its fairly simple. Once you are done editing the entire video turn off the reference audio from the clips and there you go.

  • @FishGreeceMedia

i get it...so like sync up the wave files....so cooool.

Did you record each clip all the way through (musically) and what did you use to play music in that area...boombox?

  • @gruponemesis good questions. No I recorded the entire song maybe once. Then I segmented it by shooting each verse about three different ways. This video was very easy to shoot so I wrapped this one in about 2 hours. This was a parking deck at a mall here in Georgia and to shoot audio loud enough for the artist and the camera to hear it we just turned up the music in the car. They slipped the cd in and we starting shooting.

  • @FishGreeceMedia

    thats genius!

  • nice video the quaility is good i want one of these cams

  • @nerdgurlproductions you should definitely get it. but i recommend getting a fast computer. if a mac, get the new intel machines. it sucks not being able to use the transfer features they offer on intel machines.

  • Camera is great, composition is off. Next time use more lights or shoot in a brighter setting and make sure your models male and mostly female wear make up.

  • @Tahirwhite yeah composition is off. also yeah i would have used more lights and make up but they're budget didnt cover it. I was getting paid to shoot it. thanks man hope i can get more tips from you.

  • good job

  • @odewepe thanks.

  • That's really well done, certainly as good if not better than items you see on TV now. How long did it take you to get all the shots "in the can" as they say, or did you use multiple cameras at times?

And did you give upon your DSR-300?

One last thought, natural light was fine, and in fact, I wouldn't try to light this, otherwise some of the unique character would have been taken away.

  • @mcresq65 hey, well the 300 was my school's cam. they are about to get rid of them though and get more of the panasonic hpx 500p cams. the are really good. and the shots took about about an hour to shoot. i shot to edit. i used only one camera and the shots that looks like there were more than one cam were just coincidences in editing. and yeah i guess with the lighting but it would have been nice to show the actually color of the car and separate the subjects from the background.

  • Nice, Im getting this camera as well.

  • @B3kWag8ekx1 definitely get it. its great.
