I think it's because not a single track from Metro 2033 had lyrics (I know this isn't done by the same musician) but I don't really like the lyrics in it.. they're good lyrics, and sung well, but it just feels odd having a metro song with lyrics in it, even if it's a song used for it that's made by someone else.

Metro has no connection to Fallout except that its set after a nuclear war. Fallout is a sandbox RPG set in an america where they some how got laser pistols during the 50s... Metro is an FPS set in the russian metro where people barley survive and use improvised weapons and despite everything fight each other. Though Fallout is a bigger game I'd say Metro's story is deeper.

@solittleusernames I thought like you too until I actually played Fallout games. Fallout's story is pretty advanced. Setting is mot 50s but 2277(Fallout 3 anyway), but culture stopped in 50s. Its like world of future seen through the eyes of 50s pop culture. Its called retro-futuristic. They are different games. Metro is much more serious while Fallout is kind of making fun of pop culture(especially Fallout 1 and 2 I think)and has different climat.
