  • @TemplateGo, you are unbelievably stupid. I'm glad that he/she put this on youtube. The TV licencor is committing a crime. He had no right to get on his/her PC. BTW, if that were me having to deal with this guy, I'd lock my computer and tell him that I'm not letting him on. He may try to say he can have access, but I'd threaten him with being arrested. Thats why it is called a PC (Personal Computer)

  • @Wolffurrr

Thanks for that. I suspect that TemplateGo works for BBC/TVL and just joined to put silly comments on this site.

IMHO he should stay in the trees and practice peeling bananas with his feet...... cant see him good for anything else.

  • Ha, i love this arsehole who posted this video because he obviously just wanted people to comment on it saying how shit it is... Probably because he has no friends in real life LOL

  • @TemplateGo

    Only joined yesterday...... hmm......

The cold chills are creeping up your back....

When the 'Telly Tax' goes remember this video on your way to the dole office.....

  • Could someone remind me please? How much is the commission now for a successful prosecution? Known as a 'code eight' isn't it?

  • No hot chick investigators damn,

  • Great choice of song and thumbs up for the video!

  • If accidentally he had slipped and broken his neck or his leg. Would you be liable - since he was in your property? I am thinking, Yes, because you invited him into your property.

I would play safe and only let them in if a Warrant is produced accompanied with a police officer!

  • @MsMathslessons

Basic anatomy... you can only break your neck if you have a backbone... therefore it would be impossible for him to break his neck.....quid pro quo.

As for breaking his leg... I heard that Crapita employees legs are incredibly strong due to the fact that they spend much time crawling on their knees in front of their 'Managers'.

  • @MSHAKES57 awesome response :D

  • zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • @howden123456

Ha Ha Haaaaaaa..... sad fuck........must work for the BBC cant even spell Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa properly.........

Must be the black sheep in the flock......

  • YOU ARE A SAD BASTARD JUST TO PROVE A POINT,PAY YOUR MONEY LIKE THE REST OF US AND THROW THAT FUCKING HALO IN THE BIN.

  • @howden123456

Shut up and go back to your FLOCK who sheep-like accept any shit you are fed.

Its a bad Law that I am trying to change for YOUR benefit.... you MUG.

Be a good little boy... pay up...... shut up...... or grow a backbone and leave the 'flock'.

Hold on.... I might have a spare Halo for you somewhere.............

  • @howden123456 JUST BECAUSE YOU LIKE TAKING IN THE ARSE, doesn't mean everyone is else does. Being forced to pay a license just for owning a tv? You're fine with that? You're either very pathetic or a paid GOON.

  • @edstar83 Nice.

  • @howden123456 You complete cock!

  • you don't have to let these nazi wankers into your house

  • if a strange guy came into my house and started mucking around with my PC for no apparent reason at all ill tell him to piss off, silly old bugger....

  • Why did you let this gay fucking cunt in your house? just tell them to fuck off when they come to the door

  • tv licensing law states that it is ok to kill there enforcers by beating them to death with a betamax vcr, once this is achieved i advise to dispose of the body via burning.

  • Im a citizen of the US so I just started seeing videos about this issue in your country. As I understand it, why did you even let him in the house? Is it required that you have to let them in?

  • @thelastbill1

This is too complicated an issue to discuss on a 'YouTube' thread. if you truly want to find out what is behind this issue then 'Google' these.

The 'Window TAX'', 'Crossing the Threshold', an article on the 266 different ways that the State can invade a persons home, and I would suggest a visit to the sites mentioned in the credits of this video. You are the Citizen of a free Republic because your ancestors had the backbone to resist such unfairness and injustice.

  • @MSHAKES57 Dont let them in again.

  • ROFL he was trying to make a wireless network on your PC

  • @TheCJiK

I cut the aerial to draw them into the trap of being filmed trying without success to get a 'live broadcast'. I am hoping to draw them into a Court case which will establish a precedent in that all you have to do to avoid paying this TAX is to cut the aerial.

I think you are right.... he may have been trying to set me up by somehow obtaining a 'live broadcast' via the internet.

    Bastards........

  • Did you cut the lead on accident or did u do it on pupose

  • Disgusting Capita filth. I wish them and their masters, the parasitical BBC, happiness. And when i say 'happiness', i do of course mean 'DEATH!'

  • @TheCannonFist PMSL

  • It would be rather funny, when they arrive to do their inspection, to have a video of the raunchiest, nastiest porn you can find playing on the screen

  • @randrews02809

LOL love your style, wish I had thought of that......maybe next time.

    Thanks.

  • golden rule! never let them in! your choice though!

  • Very helpful - Thanks!

How did it conclude towards the end?

Did the Goon attempt to get any documents signed ?

  • @MsMathslessons

There is an interesting update to this 'Visit' by I can not release the details till 26th Feb 2012..............

  • your a fool...NEVER allow any of these nobs into your property under any circumstances!

  • @SuperWigwambam Too right.....who do they think they are wanting to violate peoples property its disgusting

  • @SuperWigwambam

    Fool you say............

There is a much more sly route to bring things down than being Mr Angry.

It is much funnier and sometimes more effective to tweak tails than to bellow and rage.

  • @MSHAKES57 totally agree with that and you now have evidence of invasion of privacy good on you mate ,my mum used to say frustration is the worst of curses and believe you follow the same tact hehehe TVL man OWNED

  • @henshooten

Well observed. You have FULLY understood the purpose of this excercise. I gave up my RIGHT to deny this despicable company access to my home in order to FRUSTRATE the efforts of the trained monkey they sent to incriminate me. In the 'uncut' version you can hear me trying to talk to the goon through grinding teeth, as this excercise commanded a degree of self control which I found quite hard to maintain. Respect to your Mum too.

  • TVL. Bullying disgusting scum. No wonder people are sick and tired of them. Ilets hope they are all unemployed when the tv tax is abolished. Nasty vermin.

  • Just tell them to fuck off.

  • why did you let him in your house, if someone turned up at my door asking to examine my television I would have refused him access regardless of my license status

  • No wonder my ancestors left England. One must pay to watch government propaganda?

Socialist wanting to control every part of ones life. How ridiculous is this or what?

  • why did he check the computer anyway

  • @mo21nk

I think that he was trying to see if it had a TV tuner card fitted.

I dont know how he could tell because it does not and cannot 'recieve live broadcasts' anyway.

I have been told since, that he could have determined this by just looking at the back of the PC for an aerial connection socket.

The whole point of the video is DONT LET THEM IN.

  • @MSHAKES57 i know.i mean its pretty rude of him to start checking everything.he was probably looking for a tv tuner program.i have a external one, dont work now iv upgraded graphics card.il stick with dvds

  • @MSHAKES57 If you have nothing to hide then why not let them in.

  • @MSHAKES57

Why did you let him in then ? ... just to prove a point and get the footage for this video.

  • @NefariousVirtuoso88

I did it for 'Legal reasons' which may become apparent real soon.

  • @MSHAKES57 whats with the perverted song i could'nt watch the video because the lyrics annoyed me so much..

  • @MRAUSTINB36

    Its an analogy.....

The song reflects that some people feel they have been violated by scummy perverts whenever they have any contact with this despicable organisation.

I thought that most people would get the comparison....

I take it that you have never had any dealings with them yourself then ?

  • @MSHAKES57 ok i understand its a analogy an these organisations are despicable an i refuse to deal with them.. i object to the song its lyrics make my blood run cold.. its a free world an its just my opinion but there should'nt be a song made or released witch refers to child abuse.. rant over!! have a nice day

  • @MRAUSTINB36

The song was written by the WHO for the 'rock opera' TOMMY around 30 years ago.

(I dont much like the song myself but it instantly sprang to mind when I opened the door and saw that Crapita goon standing there. In the original footage I explain to him that my wife is naked upstairs and yet he keeps insisting to go upstairs to 'fiddle about'.)

Thanks for your interest and support.

    Have a nice day.

  • @mo21nk He was looking for some free porn probably.

  • @onlywhenpissed

    NOBODY gets MY free porn.

  • in america , he would have got his ass wooped for even touching my computer

  • @JDK1981

In America you dont have Taxation without Representation. Sadly in this country we have had this since we were invaded and subjugated in 1066.

  • @JDK1981 haha good.

  • Until TV licence droids actually obtain a legal right to enter a home and question/investigate the owners then I really can't see how or why anyone in their right mind would actually buy a TV licence.

  • I CANT BELEIVE U LET HIM OWN U BY LETTIN IM IN?

  • @MSHAKES57 Oh no. I always open the door! YOU DON'T HAVE A TV LICENSE AT THIS ADDRESS. I also don't have an alcohol, gun or pilot's license. Next? DO YOU OWN A TV? Why? Your concern is licenses - not electricals. I SEE THERE'S AN AERIAL. Do I need a lecense for an aerial? I'M ONLY TRYING TO HELP YOU. Oh, right. Well, you could finish the mortgage, wash the car.... NOT GETTING ANY JOY HERE, AM I? Who asked you to knock, mate? I always try to be helpful

  • @timpovikings

LOL Nice tactics, excellent putdowns, well done mate.

  • @timpovikings reminds me of one morning i was painting and Mormons came to my door, LOL.through the door I was like what you want? they asked if they could talk to me, i said NO im painting and im busy at the moment, THey said can we come in and help you ? ( LIKE REALLY HAHHA) I said UMm no, they said can we help you with anything eles? so i said, yeah run to the store and get me some cigarets, they said o sorry we cant help you with that... so i said ok then go away, LOLOL wish i had a cam.

  • @timpovikings ide just open the door naked, be like .... Sup XD

  • TVL have "implied Right of Access" only. Like a meter reader. HE can only enter if you let him in.

Anyone with a TV can avoid license payment. TVL have to enter, caution and interview you and ultimately obtain evidence, primarily of your signed admission that you watch TV and have no license.

No electronic sensor data has ever been presented in court.

Rule of thumb: TVL inspectors are only concerned with licensing, NOT what you do or do not own in the way of electrical equipment.

  • @timpovikings

    You are 100% right.

My advice is... dont even open the door.

If you DO open the door you are not obliged by Law to talk to them or answer ANY questions.

This video was made as the result of a theory on how to get them to stop calling, which involved letting them into the house.

It would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, for them to get a conviction after a, 'trained', 'competent', 'experienced', 'officer' is filmed FAILING MISERABLY to get 'LIVE BROADCASTS'.

  • Comment removed

  • What if you have cable TV or satellite do you still have to pay for a license? Also I read they do this to keep from having commercials then why can I find English and Ireland commercials all over youtube if they dont have any because you guys pay for a licens? Or even after you pay for a license is there still lots of commercials on. I would try and get people to boycott TV and just watch live streams and on demand videos from the Internet hooked up to my TV. I would not pay for that crap.

  • @Dusty696969

That was the WHOLE point of me inviting them to 'visit'.

Once they have established that your 'system' can not receive 'live broadcasts' then you should not be bothered by them again. I have always stated that I only use my TV 'equipment' as 'monitors'.

" I would try and get people to boycott TV and just watch live streams and on demand videos from the Internet hooked up to my TV. I would not pay for that crap."

    ME TOO.................

  • @MSHAKES57 Yeah the only problem is you have to get a very very good graphics card for the picture look any good, but I guess all the money you save from the license and paying for some cable or satellite TV it wouldn't be to hard to afford a good graphics card.

  • @Dusty696969 hu? i got a tv tuner card for 20 bucks LOL what does a grafic card have to do with a Streaming tv feed? i think a 128 mb card is all my tuner wanted, i got 5 of those laying around want one? LOL

  • @JDK1981 Well you need a tuner card to be able to have tv feed into your computer and the graphics card has to be better if its going to be hooked up to a big TV screen, or it will look crappy. Even if you mess with the resolution. TV resolution needs to be atlest 1920X1080 and most computers dont come standard with this high res graphics card. There is most of the time not much problems with picture just when words come up on the screen that's when you run into problems.

  • @Dusty696969 ooo ok i didnt know it was to a big screen tv but yeah your right.

  • Man if he started fiddling with my pc i would of kicked his arse!

  • AS ,A HOUSEHOLDER ,i would feel the need to take this man ,out of the house :)

  • If I broadcast a signal that could be received on equipment in every home in the UK, would that give me the right to send a bill or come and poke about their houses? If they didn't want you to watch without paying they'd simply scramble it like sky does. They need your consent to come in your house so just tell them to 'do one' and don't answer any questions.

  • Tell him to get the fuck out of your house. Cheeky bastard.

  • lol why did you invite this man in to your home?

  • I wouldn't let the fucker in my house

  • I believe that because he could not get a picture on my setup as it was 'installed' by myself, that he was trying to 'install' either software, or initiate some hardware to then enable my 'system' to beging to receive a 'live broadcast', (but I cant say that for sure 'legally').

  • what was he trying to install?

  • This is a bit tricky if you have a Sky dish and subscription? ;)

  • @wesmatron

Tricky but not impossible. There is some good information on how you can own Sky equipment and not pay the Telly-Tax on a site called christiansat., ( I dont know the exact url/web address but if you google I am sure you will find it).

  • the whole idea that you need a license to watch tv is bullshit what country is that? what if there were an emergency? total BULLSHIT!!!!!!!

  • @MrSlambangboom UK. Means there are no adverts on BB1 and BBC2 which is actually a good thing. The shit thing about the TVL is if you don't have one, you get harassed even if there is proof you don't have a TV or pick up a signal. Bit like racketeering. Trying to just get you to buy a licence when you don't need one.

  • @joeypesci Which is demanding money with menaces, and agin the law.

  • Talk about invasion of privacy...

  • Love the fact more and more of these people are getting filmed and uploaded so much, Please continue to keep us informed.

  • Grubby looking bastard.

  • No way, I can't believe they came into your home and touched your things! He has no right. They visited me when I first bought the property last year. It was empty and being renovated i.e plaster being ripped out in every room, nothing there no kitchen and such. I got a guy knocking on my door from the TV licence, he was old and tried to step over my door. His face when he looked in and the bare walls!

  • I wouldnt even go this far as they have no powers whatsoever.....stick to common law, dont speak to them nor let them in or sign anything...simples ;)

  • @Fuckoffcho

Yes that is quite correct and is part of the MIS-INFORMATION spread by the TVL supporters. In MY setup the TV 'SET' is not able to RECEIVE a 'live' broadcast, and therefore the SET is not a RECEIVER set up for the purpose of RECEIVING and was not INSTALLED for that (receiviing) purpose. It is therefor (under Law) now a MONITOR used for the purpose of watching pre-recorded, (DVD, etc) TV and other content.

  • i had TVL came my house i never payed TV licence 10 years give them same old crap.not give them info ,name or nothing or even enter propety. all evidence for them .only way they get you is word from you admitting it. or you letting them in house, that how they get ya. and you signing a document. dont give them nothing they powerless. no such thing as TV detection van if was they knew my cusin don't have TV. that what got me to see your video see how ppl do they aviod TVL scums

  • Check out UCC/ADMIRALTY LAW/ELERON LAW/COMMON LAW See where you've all been blinkered (all over the World), and hoodwinked by successive Governments.

However for those of you to 'frightened' by knowledge... I have used the TV Monitor argument for over 35 years, so can confirm that it works.

  • I'm afraid that this very same document says otherwise but the video is still good - worth watching... on-demand. :D

9.—(1) In Part 4 of the Act (licensing of TV reception), “television receiver” means any apparatus installed or used for the purpose of receiving (whether by means of wireless telegraphy or otherwise) any television programme service, whether or not it is installed or used for any other purpose.

  • interesting, but personally, i wouldn't have let them in at all - still that wouldnt have made a very interesting video :D
