I agree! The helicopter continues to be one of my favorites. I even had a dream the other night that I was operating one. I read originally, it was thought that the helicopter would replace the car someday. Wouldn't that have been something?!
I heard from discovery channel, that there may be helitaxi 's in used in big cities. They showed a model on discovery though, I can't remember if its currently functional or is even in use in any city.
In short, helitaxi may be more efficient at transporting people around a traffic jammed city.
