@edgecution234 it's actually an instrumental by Sid or Craig (like with turntables or samples) and Joey himself doesn't even play the intro. The sound is really electronic, and acoustic drums (especially the kick drum) wouldn't sound like it does in the Eyeless intro.

To be honest, he's one of my favorite vocalists because of his range (I wouldn't use this song as a good example, I like this song for the instrumentals more). I think he has a powerful scream, but also a distinctive, deep singing voice great for rock or metal. The harsh vocals off Slipknot and Iowa are some of the best I've heard, but to each is own. Have you heard many songs from Stone Sour (Corey's other band).. his style of singing is very different in that band and I think you'll find a lot of them to show off his more melodic style of singing more. (Say you'll haunt me, Through the Glass, etc).

Personally I love Corey Taylor, but that's just me :)
