good workout video, but i don't think the Rihanna thing was treated sensitively enough, it kind of seemed like a way to boost your views by being able to tag rihanna and chris brown rather then really being concerned with domestic violence as an issue.
I don't know what she has done in training, but for anyone trying these moves, here are my critiques:
She needs to not pull her hand back every time she strikes, or else they'll see it. It's more of a snap forward motion than a pull back and then hit. Also, she needs to move around more, she seems off balance and stuck. Remember to keep more weight on your front foot and keep your heel up on the back foot.
Nice Sarah, but you have to do the conditioning first. In Kung Fu you need to start with knuckle pushups to build up your metacarpals to make them strong as rocks. Then advance to finger pushups. You don't want to end up with a boxer's fracture while your trying to break someone mandible. Wolf's Law is important to know about when fighting and also Newton's Third Law helps too.
Newton, "for every action there's an opposite and equal reaction".
Translation, the harder you punch the object, the harder the object comes back to hit your hand.
I taught this one women in our office who was a victim how to break the guys arm and face. Basically you use the bottom of your elbow since it is a much stronger bone than the mandible and using leverage to fracture and dislocate the attacker's elbow. Great way to send the guy to the hospital for orthopaedic and oral maxillary surgery. lol Trust me he wont attack another woman again.
nice video. Make sure to keep your elbows down to protect your ribs, also use your hips more when you doing a front kick and keep your hands up while punching.
arcanecraft - though she may be a trainer, idn if she is, but thats not the point. though she may be a trainer, it doesnt hurt to get professional advice from someone who has expertise in areas you do not. many trainers have different training styles and strategies and it does a world of good to try new exercises and vary your workout, to keep your body guessing.
great video, you could hear the difference in strength from the left and right arm lol,
yer listen to what gyamashita put about not trying to box a stonger and bigger opponent down cos it wont happen, unless you have a lead pipe or have been trained to do so, but if you find yourself in a situation with no escape, you should aim for the throat ( windpipe ) a well placed blow here will disable an attacker for some time allowing you to escape :)

I agree...typical women can't meet the physical strength of a attacker.
I recall my sister getting out of the army saying things like "My hands are a dangerous weapon" and easily laying her down.
Hard for a 100 pound women to take down someone 2 times their size without a nut shot.
