You're pretty good but you should care more about your team mates. When they're displayed orange, You should heal them when you hafe the time for it. You lost one and almost the rest because you didn't heal them, you're the one who should try keeping them alive as a FireTeam Leader.

But it won't matter anymore since you probably already finished this game :p

Every time I get to the little village, the gunships kill the rest of my squad and I die. :(

@Darkstarkid1177 Go around the village to the W or NW there's a forest there that leads all the way to the 2nd objective, just don't engage the village. If you have to, you can use the Howitsers to remove the village but, the gunships will look there so don't stick around. Also, stay in the trees as much as possible, you can move a lot faster.

God In the last part of the mission I die beacause I don't have ammunitions this mission is god doing stealth action

He's pretty good. This game isn't anything like CoD or BF. In CoD the guns are just to precise. snipers don't even have bulletdrop. And you're some kind of sponge wich can take the shocks of a gun like a sponge absorbs water and magickally gets healed after some time.

Ppl often say operation flashpoint sucks, the ppl aim bad, and the graphics aren't as good as in CoD.CoD may have better graphics, but this game is much more realistic and harder because you need to think tactically.
