Very good and I really like this instructor. Contrary to other posts if you have taken a few classes you can easily do these moves without risk of injury.

there's a right way and a wrong way of preforming this. The wrong way (shown in the vid) can cause you injury!!! I"m just saying, if you want to post a vid like this, make sure you know what you're doing first!
