haha try having to ladle color contamination out of an 800 pound furnace bro. luckily the heavier metals in the color will eventually cause it to fall to the bottom of the crucible. shoot me a msg on where you are located. im sure there's folks somewhere by you that can help ya achieve this.
bottlecaps on the bench...I'm sure you know that jacks were invented as a bottle opener before ever having an application in glassblowing... nice work
well if your marbles are cheap there not made this way if they are actualy hand made then yes. if they are not there machine made by heating glass and rolling it though a skrew like machine to round them.

get a 20 pound crucible and put it in a kiln, easily and often done. or at least it used to be.
