Established Phalaenopsis can be amazing multi-taskers, growing leafs, spikes, roots and and a keiki at the same time... ;-) Have many examples in my house :-)
the laeves arent suppoed to be droopy. There supposed to be firm and up. Also you have a lot of orchid I have three. One vanda One phalaenopsis and one onciduim allince.
