  • Where is part 2?

  • I bit delayed, but was so busy working on it, it was hard to record it and I was using my phone, so not that great of quality. I will try to get an overall finished vid once it is done and I uncover it next year. There are more parts now, I just did short clips and will try to merge some of the pics into a vid.

    Thanks for the comment

  • Way to go. I am just finishing a massive repair to my 1964 Kontiki single axle travel trailer. I agree that is would be easier to buy a newer camper. I used the exact techniques that you did Jeff with exception of the butyl tape. I used rope paking caulk that is found in the weatherproofing section of Lowes. This is a total pain in the but. I'm glad I did it though because this was a camper that my Dad and I bought ten years ago. He passed earlier this year. Thanks for your time Jeff.

  • Thanks for the comment.. sorry to hear about your Dad. I will check into the stuff at Lowes, I am curious to what it is. We have a camper city near by, so I figured I would use what they had. I did not realize Lowes had something similar. I will try to get some more pics up now that it is close to being completed, just in time to cover it for winter. Jeff (Sorry on the delayed reply, I missed the email)
