The only description I have changed is the title of the video - I removed the name of the estate. The very first sentence I wrote was about the dogs barking and the neigbours apathy in controlling them. I am entitled to point out this problem that I am having since returning to Ireland, a problem I never encountered while living in England. I would be lying if I said otherwise.

@jamescamerashotmccoy I understand that you are probably lacking in the basic inteligence levels, but the video above is about dogs being left to bark continously without any form of control exerted by their owners. Yes, I'm aware dogs bark, but a happy contented dog does not bark non-stop, day and night.
Given your racist stand, I am sure there are plenty of websites devoted to your particular needs, why don't you go and rant there instead, and leave this discussion about dogs alone?
Basically, I have 3 neighbours around me, and 5 dogs, all of them badly controlled and allowed to bark all the time. This is something I have only encountered in Ireland. During the 10 years I lived in England, I never came accross any dogs that behaved like this. It's interesting that all the vids about neighbours barking dogs are from Ireland and America. Very few from England, owing to the fact the English are a more considerate nation. Trying my hardest to go back to civilisation.....
