@Crazymy77 After studying the wiring diagrams of the radio I was able to determine the correct wire of the radio that triggers the Radio to come on when the car is turned on. The radio always has power, which is why your clock always comes on when you hit H or M. but I found the Delay wire in the A pillar ran a wire to the radio snipped the original wire and tapped in the wire from the delay and that was it. It took about 15 minutes.
.... The generation three and four Taurus do not keep the radio on when pulling the key. They just keep the windows going
