lol that's the type of thinking which makes leafs fans loser. Kessel is not what the Leafs need at this stag of their organization. Burke thinks he can make the playoffs with the team he have and he was wrong. seguin is going to be a much better player down in the future. you can't think like that saying that top picks are going to end up as bust anyways. look how much the leafs are milking their top draft picks such as schenn and kadr. the rest of the league has way better prospects.

Leafs are in a playoff race all of a sudden. sure, this team might not make it. i dont think any Leaf fan is planning a parade downtown; but i think the future is bright. Colborne, if all goes well, will develop into a power forward. and it seems Burke eyed the Gardiner kid to be a bright d-man.

Bringing in Komisarek, Beauchemin, Gustavsson, Kadri, Bozak, Hanson, Exelby, Orr and Stuart (who is being extremely underrated by Leaf fans so far) is a very nice way to start the Brian Burke era in Toronto.

I am a Bruins fan not a Leafs fan but I am glad to see the Leafs are finally headed in the right direction. The Boston/Toronto rivalry is going to be alot of fun a few years down the road.

Nice! I really hope that he can put spark back into the Leafs. Luke Schenn also had a lot of hype surrounding him but I found him a little disappointing in some areas. Don't get me wrong though! Schenn's still a stud!

Schenn has never been a good scorer or offensive forward.
