It's not an anime, it's a vocaloid. I don't know how to explain this correctly but, a vocaloid is a computer program. A singing synthesizer, and the character made to sing this song is Len, not an anime characher, but a program with a specific voice used to sing other songs. Anyway, the singer's name is Len Kagamine.
