This was by far my favorite DLC. It didn't have the secret armory, but nothing was cooler than the INAC paying homage to Bioshock and Andrew Ryan in one of his propaganda speeches.

And the conversations Marcus has with his daughter are pretty funny.

I'm pretty sure Marcus has access to a New-U station like everyone else.

Was this on playthrough one or two? Because for some reason on my game right now, nothing is upgrading to what it should on my playthrough two. On my brother's it's got all the enemies anywhere from like lvl 69 to 70. But on mine all the enemies are only in the 50's. I have no idea how to upgrade it...hell if any one reads this and can help..it'd be greatly appreciated..
