The Cadillac is a way better car. The Chrysler did have a nice exterior and nice leather seats, but it had a shit V6 engine compared the beast of a V8 in the Cadillac. Going to a V6 in the Chrysler didn't give it any better gas mileage than the Cadillac. Also, the Chrysler's controls and buttons looked very similar to its lower end cars, unlike that of the Cadillac and even the Lincoln. The steering wheel and the door locks look cheap on the Chrysler.
@phmike69 Oh yeah, a "proven" V8. The 4.1L, 4.5L, etc. Oil leakers, piston slap, on and on and on. Although the Chrysler had far less power, the 3.3L engine was a better choice.
That's Ryan Stiles from the Drew Carey show and who's line is it anyways on the right. And the man on the left next to the Caddy played the assistant mayor in the first Ghostbuster's movie. good classic ad!

@JMMoosey The Cadillac obviously was a $10,000 better car.

@phmike69 Afraid not. Had both, fifth avenue is classier with all options.
