It´s a mix of the normal and the good ending....

The only difference between the normal ending and the anime ending are that flonne changes into a fallen angle after he sacrefices his live...

You gotta find and kill these hidden creatures called "Lucky Dolls" on the regular levels. Get enough, and you can unlock a super hard stage called Martial Tower. Laharl is the boss of the stage.

Beat Laharl, replay Martial Tower, and you can fight Prinny Baal!

This maybe a little to late to say, but this is for galboil about the Overlord issue posted 4 month ago. Etna is not an Overlord, she is a Demonlord (one level lower than Overlord).Before he died he told Etna to take care of the Netherworld for him and that does not make her an Overlord. So basicly if Laharl gain back his body then the Netherworld is still his as he is still has the title Overlord. It's more like the stongest get to be King, and I am pretty sure that Laharl is stonger than Etna.

So the bad ending is the canon one. In which Laharl became a Prinny and ate Etna pudding result to the event in Disgaea 2. And the reason he appear at an Overlord in Disgaea 2 and 3 is because he reincarnated. Did I missed anything?
