@DeAthZReApEr760 Systema guns are very well built, but they are simply too expensive for the average airsofter. You just get alot more "bang for the buck" by buying other brands.
@DeAthZReApEr760 idk about others, but definetly not a marui, TM uses plastic body thus they weight different, and they cant open up like systema, despite other factor, for training purposes, systema is the best, they are not using it for war games or airsoft.
@DeAthZReApEr760 depends on what your aim is. if you do not wish to invest huge amount of money in airsoft but you still want a good weapon then do not get this, modifying a regular AEG is a better choice. but if you do have a huge fund, then this thing is actually worth getting, I personally owns a PTW m4, the trigger response and smooth firing is unmatched by other AEGs I own, however the cost is huge everytime you try to modify it, you need to at least spend another 200 bucks for motor mod.
@TheGrahamAker : Yea when it comes to GBB compared to AEGs, GBB tends to be more on the realistic and training side. I completely agree with you on the trigger response and GBBs are like that. If I had the money, I would buy me the Systema.
lol... i ihardly think any1 will allow such a blast on fields... if your doing a milsim operation that goes for 3 days and you have large open field areas, its the wep of choice, but i would recommend any1 to use the strongest zylinder in the pack.
a 400fps is all youll ever need...
it comes with 3 or 4 (dont know 4 sure) zylinders that limit the fps.
the highest being the one with 600... on most cqb sites youll get banned if u use it :P
systema just needs to make a funtional charging handle. oh and he is wrong the "toys airsoft guns" can fire harder velocity and be just as realistic. don't let him fool you.

@doggiebag123321 i got a kwa sr12 brotha. kwa beets everyone. kwa's Lm4 (law enforcement m4) is way cooler and realistic, but is gas blow back (more expesive to shoot). my sr12 is as beastly as this systema crap for 1/4 the price. systema can suck one. the only people who get systemas are stupid spoiled kids who think a mosfet and realistic bolt catch is worth $1600.
I don't think that anyone who can get there hands on these would be too irresponsible cuz in any air-soft field....no one would have a systema PTW rifle shooting about 400fps(with a downgraded cylinder, most systemas shoot about 500-600 out of the box) they would probably have played for quite a while and know how to manage safety and rules.
Either way even if someone were to be able to buy these babes ....they probably must have the authorization and of course the money. These things are not anything a thirteen year old can get on his fourteenth birthday. people that actually use there in air gun fields use a cylinder with a much lower velocity, and only 1 out of 11 people have a systema, shooting at these fields for war play simulation are probably in there later twentieths or thirties.
wiggling this isnt a crappy chinese airsoft gun and i dont think toys cost $1,000 and systemas are made to be realistic as possible with computer chips to prevent dry fire thats why they are used in training because they are 1:1 scalesame weight and systema trys to match every real firearm

wow, i now absolutely lost all respect for yoou. you didnt even come close to saying simunitions. and the marine corps DOES use Systema M16's. they adopted a while ago. and they went from simunition, to paintball, to airsoft. the army uses a laser system, and the air force uses simunitions. and guess what? i know SEVERAL PD's up here in new hampshire that have adopted airsoft. im friends with a lieutinant at one of those PD's, and i've been in several simulations.

These guns are not really used by professionals at all....
Think about it.
How many people would want a "professional training weapon?"
Honestly, if professionals need to train someone, they would train them using the real thing. Why would they give them a Airsoft gun to play with? Also a real gun is cheaper!
Okay buddy,so what your saying is you want our men and women out there to train against each other using real firearms? if you haven't noticed the Military and Law Enforcement use these PTW and paintball guns to train...if you use real bullets to train, won't you have less soldiers?
TM's quality has fell in the past couple of years. They are doing practically nothing to upgrade their guns, they have kept the hop-ups pretty much the same. Now a clones hop-up with can almost out perform a TM hop-up.Also clones are getting better and better each year, then one year BAM a clone will outperform a TM.Some if it isn't really TMs fault they can't have metal bodies because of Japanese laws, and they can't go over 300 fps, because of Japanese laws.Sad to hear this but it's true.
is that right? Didn't know that. I could never understand the poor finish on the TM guns. I have fired one of these and it's like nothing else. Pity i can't afford one!
A pretty expensive airsoft gun. If you were military or law enforcement once, this may be the gun they would want, though. The cool thing is it is made like an M4. Pretty cool but expensive.
That gun is sexy! Yes you can buy a ca airsoft gun and yes it will be much cheaper but just hear the sound of that think. incredible!! I have one myself and tell you it's worth the money..
whan the amendment was written a few hundred yrs ago for the americans rights to bear arms i dont think they had these crazy guns in mind ..they wer talking about the flintlock gun that fired a ballbearing not this of the.50cal guns
ok guys i spent $600 on my gun. started at $400 plus my upgrade and goes faster than a regular systema if i wanted to do u guys believe the things arnt that great their good but u can make better
Sure you can buy a gun for $150, and it might shoot around 400 fps, but that gun most likely wont last you more than a year or two. Is $1,200 (the new models run around $1,600) alot of money for an airsoft gun? ABSOLUTELY. Is $250,000 alot to spend on a car? Yes, but you get what you pay for. Same as this. Damn right it's expensive, but this thing will last you for as long as you need it to. Sure it's expensive, but if i had the money, i wouldn't regret it.
@f38stingray because ALOT of News Channel and governors official DOUCHE BAGS Especially the Fail Fox News Blame Airsoft can be Manipulate and modify into a real weapon.
@f38stingray maybe because of the fact that these things are so close to the real thing. ppl have tried before to fire .22 out of them with varying failures happening but by law he has to state this
ya i agree with you. no one who plays regular airsoft actually buys this crap except rich people. pretty much they market this gun to law enforcement and such
@meudeus110 you dont know anything about airsoft guns. JG shoots Over 400 fps and is very good quality and is 10 times cheaper than this, but you wouldnt use it as a Professional Training Weapon. THey put the PROFESSIONAL in there for a reason you know.
I've not once seen PTW's used for anything other than airsofting (with the exception of the company that Systema claims use them).
PTW's do not have recoil, no shells being ejected and no sound. They are expensive and have poor range,
They're not good for anything but airsoft, Real training weapons are usually just dummy-weapons or in some cases specially designed weapons (HnK makes some for instance) that fire marker-rounds.
Without airsofters there'd be no demand for the Systema PTW's.
They do consider it a training tool, however i have an ics m4 which is an airsoft gun, and it states on the side 6mm aeg trainer. So essentially it is an airsoft gun. It shoots the same ammunition. Yes it operates much like the real thing, but it still fires a 6mm plastic bb. $1200+ for this is a bit much, especially considering a civilian m4/ar-15 can be had brand new for as little as $700. Hell you can get a civilian colt m4 for around $1500 and have the real deal.
You can't shoot people with a real one... But yes 1000 bucks is too much, just buy a cheap gun and put Systema internals in it and you got a very good gun.
@onemanarmyEST Paintball is not meant to be real, it has nothing to do with warfare or similar situations, i played paintball for 3 years, and im starting to play airsoft too, its a thing you cant compare, its the same as comparing a car to a bike
I have a, Custom built M4 AEG, Systema PTW, and a Real AR-15
The M4 AEG is ok, but requires maintenance. Its unrealistic. Ive put $1000 into it myself, it doesnt measure up to the PTW.
The PTW is amazing. It is exactly like my AR-15. Dont listen to these kids who say it isnt worth the money.
Owning a PTW is like owing a real AR-15, but you can use it in training combat. Over half the fun of owning an AR-15 is tricking it out to your "dream rifle". Wit the PTW, you can do that
Systema's are the top of the line guns stock wise, you can dump money into your existing Classic Army or such, and get a better weapon. Ex. My CA has a MOSFET and so does a Systema, i have systema internals, i have a better rate of fire with my CA, but the reliability and realism of the Systema cant be beaten... yet. the reason you buy a systema is because you want to mil-sim and a real-steel is expensive becuase of ammo, and you cant shoot your friends with a 5.56mm haha
The systema kits are a rip off. Don't get me wrong, I play airsoft (real airsoft, not backyard wars) and the systema kits are real nice... but you can build a REAL AR-15 for almost half of what these cost. Even top of the line airsoft guns (CA, TM, ICS, etc.) will only run you 1/4 - 1/2 the cost of a systema kit.
If you have $1000 to blow on an airsoft gun then go for it. Just remember, you can have a REAL one (a damn decent one too), for less.
dude, you do not even know. The Systema is the best AEG, the only dissadvantage is the barrel system. You can't get a standard TB barrel, only one guy in Europe makes them custom. TM and ICS suck too.
I'm simply being realistic here. TM's are the most reliable stock AEG's you can get, but only barely. In all honesty aside from some of the crap Chinese clones (some Chinese guns are great, but others aren't) it's all the came crap.
The only difference is if you want to pay $1000 for it, or $300, and a name that gives you barging rights.
In the end it comes down to how you use and maintain them that determines if it's crap or not. Some players can't keep their stuff running nicely. I can.
Systema out performs everything. Any high end AEG can be upgraded to beat it perfromance wise for a lot cheaper, but there are too many better features on the Systema.
Any now they have a MP5 and are soon going to release there REVO gearbox.
BTW, the ICS Split Gear Box.... greatest freaking thing ever. Upgrade the lower, then just change uppers depending on environment (cqb or outdoors). The forward assist decocking lever is also fantastic.
The systema system is a refined version of the ICS system. A very nice one in my opinion... but it's too "unique" (only being used on systema pro kits) to be very practical.
An ICS splid box can be used in other receivers with standard V2 parts. The Systema can't.
ya, too bad ICS guns have crappy motors, well actually, the whole gearbox kinda sucks. And the externals are weird too, you need a special conversion buffer tube to use other stocks.
The Systema can't be beaten. The only place where it is not the best is accuracy and range. I mean c'mon, it doesn't fire after you dump the last round, that is pretty awesome.
never had a motor fail me yet, but that's just me. I love the box though, and while I'll admit the ICS CAN be difficult to accessorize I was able to change my A1 Stock to a Crane Stock with not too much effort on my part (had to cut a notch in the tube adapter that came on the thing to run the wires).
I'll admit though I heard bad things about the MP5 line, and I have no idea about the AK's, but the M4's ARE nice platforms.
As for not being beaten, there is plenty that can "beat" it. Just depends on what you are looking for. Power, accuracy, mobility, finish, reliability, ease of use...
The systema does most of these well, and a few VERY nicely, but there are other platforms that are superior at different things.
Thing everyone is missing my original point though. Why pay $1000+ for a BASE M4/AR, when you can get real steal?
I don't really see a personal need for a systema kit to toss around a 6mm plastic pellet.
already beaten: tooooooo expensive, if someone buys one is or a nerd or an idiot...
no way... even a shitty dboys beats it this way...
cool? YAY of course, they are except for logos
another bad thing? you must use standard magazines and activate them, while ur opponents spray ur face with a Jing Gong with 450rd magazines without activating them...
Systema IS THE BEST, but NOT and i repeat NOT for Airsoft, just for training weapon (as it is)
Blah blah blah! Training training training! You know what. These people simulate real wars so it basically is training with a toy. These guns are toys. Just because they are 2 grand doesn't mean you have to get all serious about them. Ugh! You sound like my parents.
well thats in easy answer, I know they need the low cap for training but I don't I use it for airsoft matches and a low cap mag would suck, if u have more then one high cap mag, like about 4 then ur good. in airsoft matches low caps get annoying.
I play airsoft matches 1-2 times a month (yes, at an actual field)and I only use midcaps. I have 8 120Rd mags, and I love them. They're silent and when I'm out, I just put another mag in. No more winding. If you get a dump pouch and practice, you can load and empty 2-4 mid-caps in the time it takes to wind one Hi-cap.
true true, but I pre-wind them, so I don't get problems most of the time, I'm just saying I don't like low caps that carry 30 to 40 rounds, depending on what I'm doing. what weapon do u use?
I used to use a CA M4A1 Sportline, but I recently got the new Echo1 SCAR and like it allot more. It's pretty nice, Full metal upper receiver, FN Trades and since its based on the Light version, it accepts all M4/M16 mags. Whats your setup?
I have an AK-47 witch I'm planing to upgrade with a pistol grip, a P90 with a red dot scope and flashlight and a Famas witch also had a red dot scope witch broke off from the railing system, I had an M4A1 just last month but I had to return it because the railing systems screws were striped and everytime I'd grab the front pistol grip the back of the railing would pop out, but I'm going to get a classic army G36E with the double drum mag later this month.
What is the difference between an AR15, M4, and M16 if all are not the same?

TM's quality has fell in the past couple of years. They are doing practically nothing to upgrade their guns, they have kept the hop-ups pretty much the same. Now a clones hop-up with can almost out perform a TM hop-up.Also clones are getting better and better each year, then one year BAM a clone will outperform a TM.Some if it isn't really TMs fault they can't have metal bodies because of Japanese laws, and they can't go over 300 fps, because of Japanese laws.Sad to hear this but it's true.
OSU5312 2 years ago
is that right? Didn't know that. I could never understand the poor finish on the TM guns. I have fired one of these and it's like nothing else. Pity i can't afford one!
Embryonicboy 2 years ago
Yes...... also for the price of one of these you can easily upgrades a gun to shoot way better than this.
OSU5312 2 years ago
" These are not toys, they are made exclusively for military and law enforcement."
Uh, then why is available for purchase at airsoft extreme?
redmunkee 2 years ago
A pretty expensive airsoft gun. If you were military or law enforcement once, this may be the gun they would want, though. The cool thing is it is made like an M4. Pretty cool but expensive.
naruhinafan94 2 years ago
That gun is sexy! Yes you can buy a ca airsoft gun and yes it will be much cheaper but just hear the sound of that think. incredible!! I have one myself and tell you it's worth the money..

ok guys i spent $600 on my gun. started at $400 plus my upgrade and goes faster than a regular systema if i wanted to do u guys believe the things arnt that great their good but u can make better
supercorpsman 2 years ago
Sure you can buy a gun for $150, and it might shoot around 400 fps, but that gun most likely wont last you more than a year or two. Is $1,200 (the new models run around $1,600) alot of money for an airsoft gun? ABSOLUTELY. Is $250,000 alot to spend on a car? Yes, but you get what you pay for. Same as this. Damn right it's expensive, but this thing will last you for as long as you need it to. Sure it's expensive, but if i had the money, i wouldn't regret it.

if it can be midfied to shoot real bullets the gun will be discontinued and the company will be sued

$1,200 for a airsoft rifle is WAY too much, it shoots at about 550 fps, while way cheaper ($150) m4's shoot at about 400-430 fps...
complete waste of money, no one really needs such a weapon... its overkill.
meudeus110 3 years ago 2
ya i agree with you. no one who plays regular airsoft actually buys this crap except rich people. pretty much they market this gun to law enforcement and such
spider25pig 2 years ago 2

LOL its an Airsoft Rifle,
stop beating around the bush you fucking idiot LOL. It'll of be course used as an Airsoft game weapon. Jesus..
FuckingOnlineGames 3 years ago
i think the military will prefer having gas blowback m4's as their training weapon cause its even more realistic with actual bolt carriers?

What size rail is that? 8 inch Knights Armament?
LittlePhilly1 3 years ago
lol systemas are still used for airsoft games...so yes its not only meant for training
fatdudefoshizzle 3 years ago
exclusive my ass.
ScarletSnake 3 years ago
They do consider it a training tool, however i have an ics m4 which is an airsoft gun, and it states on the side 6mm aeg trainer. So essentially it is an airsoft gun. It shoots the same ammunition. Yes it operates much like the real thing, but it still fires a 6mm plastic bb. $1200+ for this is a bit much, especially considering a civilian m4/ar-15 can be had brand new for as little as $700. Hell you can get a civilian colt m4 for around $1500 and have the real deal.
myredn95rocks 3 years ago
yes you can get an m4 for that price put u can shoot pople with it can you
p.s. i mean with out going to jail

beastmonkey40 3 years ago
I checked the prices out and found them to be 1000+dollars, which is rediculous for an airsoft gun to me.
I mean, for that kind of money, you might as well buy the real thing.
MoxleyMauser 3 years ago
You can't shoot people with a real one... But yes 1000 bucks is too much, just buy a cheap gun and put Systema internals in it and you got a very good gun.
onemanarmyEST 3 years ago
It is too much work, you should be able to buy a fairly cheap gun for airsoft and it still be reliable.
Paintball is a cheaper way of having just as much fun as well, and you dont have to put any work into the markers.
MoxleyMauser 3 years ago
Airsoft is much cheaper overall, because the bullets are much more cheaper than paintball. Paintball has 0 realism.
onemanarmyEST 3 years ago 8

Wit the PTW, you can do that
wdahm519 3 years ago
Systema's are the top of the line guns stock wise, you can dump money into your existing Classic Army or such, and get a better weapon. Ex. My CA has a MOSFET and so does a Systema, i have systema internals, i have a better rate of fire with my CA, but the reliability and realism of the Systema cant be beaten... yet. the reason you buy a systema is because you want to mil-sim and a real-steel is expensive becuase of ammo, and you cant shoot your friends with a 5.56mm haha

go of ICS
Wickam25 3 years ago
lol wat a idiot most or not all airsoft m4s have a removable ris hanguard
stealthrider10 3 years ago
The systema kits are a rip off. Don't get me wrong, I play airsoft (real airsoft, not backyard wars) and the systema kits are real nice... but you can build a REAL AR-15 for almost half of what these cost. Even top of the line airsoft guns (CA, TM, ICS, etc.) will only run you 1/4 - 1/2 the cost of a systema kit.
If you have $1000 to blow on an airsoft gun then go for it. Just remember, you can have a REAL one (a damn decent one too), for less.
DaedalEVE 3 years ago
And for the record I've spent upwards of $900 on a single AEG (after internal and external upgrades), and I have several. I know of what I speak.
DaedalEVE 3 years ago
dude, you do not even know. The Systema is the best AEG, the only dissadvantage is the barrel system. You can't get a standard TB barrel, only one guy in Europe makes them custom. TM and ICS suck too.
AquaDonkey 3 years ago
I'm simply being realistic here. TM's are the most reliable stock AEG's you can get, but only barely. In all honesty aside from some of the crap Chinese clones (some Chinese guns are great, but others aren't) it's all the came crap.
The only difference is if you want to pay $1000 for it, or $300, and a name that gives you barging rights.
In the end it comes down to how you use and maintain them that determines if it's crap or not. Some players can't keep their stuff running nicely. I can.
DaedalEVE 3 years ago
Systema out performs everything. Any high end AEG can be upgraded to beat it perfromance wise for a lot cheaper, but there are too many better features on the Systema.
Any now they have a MP5 and are soon going to release there REVO gearbox.
systema wins.
AquaDonkey 3 years ago
BTW, the ICS Split Gear Box.... greatest freaking thing ever. Upgrade the lower, then just change uppers depending on environment (cqb or outdoors). The forward assist decocking lever is also fantastic.
The systema system is a refined version of the ICS system. A very nice one in my opinion... but it's too "unique" (only being used on systema pro kits) to be very practical.
An ICS splid box can be used in other receivers with standard V2 parts. The Systema can't.
DaedalEVE 3 years ago
ya, too bad ICS guns have crappy motors, well actually, the whole gearbox kinda sucks. And the externals are weird too, you need a special conversion buffer tube to use other stocks.
The Systema can't be beaten. The only place where it is not the best is accuracy and range. I mean c'mon, it doesn't fire after you dump the last round, that is pretty awesome.
AquaDonkey 3 years ago
never had a motor fail me yet, but that's just me.
DaedalEVE 3 years ago
As for not being beaten, there is plenty that can "beat" it. Just depends on what you are looking for. Power, accuracy, mobility, finish, reliability, ease of use...
The systema does most of these well, and a few VERY nicely, but there are other platforms that are superior at different things.
Thing everyone is missing my original point though. Why pay $1000+ for a BASE M4/AR, when you can get real steal?
I don't really see a personal need for a systema kit to toss around a 6mm plastic pellet.
DaedalEVE 3 years ago
cant?
already beaten: tooooooo expensive, if someone buys one is or a nerd or an idiot...
no way... even a shitty dboys beats it this way...
cool? YAY of course, they are except for logos
another bad thing? you must use standard magazines and activate them, while ur opponents spray ur face with a Jing Gong with 450rd magazines without activating them...
Systema IS THE BEST, but NOT and i repeat NOT for Airsoft, just for training weapon (as it is)
Wickam25 3 years ago
Blah blah blah! Training training training! You know what. These people simulate real wars so it basically is training with a toy. These guns are toys. Just because they are 2 grand doesn't mean you have to get all serious about them. Ugh! You sound like my parents.

lol it's just a full metal airsoft gun with a low cap mag, I'd buy one, just needs some high cap mags and it's good to go.
ironcladgungrave 3 years ago
1. Its supposed to be realistic, it wouldn't have Hi-caps.
2. Why would you want Hi-caps? They may hold more ammo, but they take longer to reload and are noisier than Mid or Real-caps
Gamewinner07 3 years ago
well thats in easy answer, I know they need the low cap for training but I don't I use it for airsoft matches and a low cap mag would suck, if u have more then one high cap mag, like about 4 then ur good. in airsoft matches low caps get annoying.
ironcladgungrave 3 years ago
I play airsoft matches 1-2 times a month (yes, at an actual field)and I only use midcaps. I have 8 120Rd mags, and I love them. They're silent and when I'm out, I just put another mag in. No more winding. If you get a dump pouch and practice, you can load and empty 2-4 mid-caps in the time it takes to wind one Hi-cap.
Gamewinner07 3 years ago
true true, but I pre-wind them, so I don't get problems most of the time, I'm just saying I don't like low caps that carry 30 to 40 rounds, depending on what I'm doing. what weapon do u use?
ironcladgungrave 3 years ago
I used to use a CA M4A1 Sportline, but I recently got the new Echo1 SCAR and like it allot more. It's pretty nice, Full metal upper receiver, FN Trades and since its based on the Light version, it accepts all M4/M16 mags. Whats your setup?
Gamewinner07 3 years ago
I have an AK-47 witch I'm planing to upgrade with a pistol grip, a P90 with a red dot scope and flashlight and a Famas witch also had a red dot scope witch broke off from the railing system, I had an M4A1 just last month but I had to return it because the railing systems screws were striped and everytime I'd grab the front pistol grip the back of the railing would pop out, but I'm going to get a classic army G36E with the double drum mag later this month.
