better off with aprillia rs125cc. no need of full license to drive one and it goes up to 110mph. (u will need to have CBT certificate to drive any bike as a learner and u have to be not less than a 17y old)
they are great bikes for ripin around town. I agree that a simple 500 or 600 would be a much better investment but if you're only like 5'8" or shorter and dont need a full speed street bike than its a great investment. Think of these full size, yet only 125cc, bikes as the smart car of the bike world :) small and nimble, great on gas and insurance, just try not to get into an accident :P

@betatalk357 This isn't really a pocket bike, despite what the title says. It's just a lightweight 125cc motorcycle. There's nothing special about this. In most states you need a regular motorcycle license. Over here in the USA they are mostly 200cc in the EU they are 125cc to comply with their graduated licensing system. They are not pocket bikes. They are the mondern version of things like the RD125, CB125, GT125 etc. only made in China not Japan.

The most popular 125cc bike is the Honda CBR 125cc.
I've seen this bike listed as several different names such as Pheonix , R2 Racer and some other stuff I cant remember. I wish the retailers would stick to one name so it would be easier to identify.
What u pay is what u get, the bike is excellent looking but sucks with engine and reliability. Dont let the looks fool u like they did to me, its very very VERY messed up and breaks down every max 10 miles... if u want a nice reliable bike, get honda, yamaha, kawa, dont experiment with chinese bikes because they suck...

I've seen this bike listed as several different names such as Pheonix , R2 Racer and some other stuff I cant remember. I wish the retailers would stick to one name so it would be easier to identify.

What u pay is what u get, the bike is excellent looking but sucks with engine and reliability. Dont let the looks fool u like they did to me, its very very VERY messed up and breaks down every max 10 miles... if u want a nice reliable bike, get honda, yamaha, kawa, dont experiment with chinese bikes because they suck...

For some ppl 1000CC is just too much power. But I agree 250cc is a little bit not enough power. In my opinion 500 or 600cc is the best.
