Hot Pursuit? AWESOME!! The Run? Not so much:

1) Most of the cars handle like crap.

2) The Gallardo Balboni handles better on ice and snow than on wet asphalt.

3) No rearview mirror!?!?!

4) The re-spawning positions need work.

5) The gas station concept needs work. Fail a race, restart, you're back to your old car.

6) Civilian vehicles spawn halfway between you and the horizon.

7) And more! (I'm outta room)

Love how people are talking about how Underground is the best. Sure, Underground was good, but after Most Wanted (excluding Carbon) it just got worse. The Run brought back what Hot Pursuit and NFS I and II were like. Long live The Run.

@albertocristian: You are wrong. This, Hot Pursuit 2, and Hot Pursuit 2010 are the closest to the original NFS games. Underground was just a phase based off the upcoming new racing age of just having flash over substance (meaning hot wheel looking cars rather than stock high performance cars). NFS 3-4 were all games with stock cars and police chases. NFS is bringing that back. They are returning to what made them UNIQUE!!!!

I like this style, I own NFS: HP 2010 and I like it, I also own the Simulator Shift, whitch I also like. But everyone wants the Underground Era back, with new graphics and cars.

@albertocristain, you obviously have not played the early games... if anything, the whole underground series, up to undercover and shit, wasn't need for speed. need for speed was just a racing game to race STOCK exotics and sports car. the underground series was only made because of the the big hype because of fast and the furious. you cant really complain, cause this is NFS. This, hot pursuit and shift 1 and 2 is more NFS than any other they have released.

Use Fraps to record , is extremely simple and works great , than AVS Video Editor to add your speech , you may choose the resolution and ratio , but almost all cracks are virused , unless you download all and scan before using , you'll found one or few clean -_0

@aussie4121 I used to buy NFS because you can pimp out any kind of car and race with it afterwards. Now all you do is race in i unrealistic way to bad music in stock cars and you only race on highways and alike. I miss the old games, where you listened to real driving music and cruised the city in your own customized car. Hope you follow me, even though we probably have different opinions.

Last good NFS was in 2002 - Hot pursuit 2! In old games you dont pay attention to graphics, attention to race is concentrated, you think only about race, how to pass turn.

The original NFS never had any free roam, customizations or anything related to the urban street custom style. Underground series was released as, those days,there was the spark of illegal street racing and custom tuning.... Releasing NFS Underground series was a good thing to do at THAT time. but now since these are the days of exotics, going back to the roots is a much better move made by EA. But I still, I don't like NFS Run though.
