Thats why REX is the king of all MG!!
this has so much memories brought from sniper wolf's death. they used the song that i love to bring back the sadness otacon has with his heartbreak, it even brought back the speech "i'm done crying, i have no more tears to shed". this game is the best and forever
not only that Otacon lost all the girls he loved. he gotta look after Sunny too. taking the role of a father even though he is not married yet.kinda like single virgin dad XD

Emma, Octacon's step-sister, gets stabbed in the back by vamp. Finally, Naomi lets her body return to it's natural cancerous state. Why is this theme throughout the MGS series, beats me.
@Sterlng Another interesting thing to note is the recurring theme of the Emmerichs and their legs. Huey is in a motorized wheelchair. Otacon sprains his ankle when he encounters Gray Fox. Emma is drugged and can't walk fast, or swim (because her father commited suicide in the family pool, nearly taking her with him). Lastly, Otacon is not even walking aorund much in MGS4, just staying behind a desk and controlling Metal Gear MK II. I guess to keep them from being "heroes" in "Snake's" missions.

@satmtca Hi. Naomi has cancer and there are nano machines inside her body which are kind of stopping the cancre from spreading. Snake is trying to shut the whole system down at the end of the game which means the nanomachines are going to stop functioning. This means Naomi will die after that anyway so she just set herself free. Also don't forget that Naomi kind of loved Vamp....
Was the line "I have no more tears to shed." ever used in another MGS? I just know that Snake said that to Otacon after Sniper Wolf´s death in MGS1, so hearing this line also in MGS4 was kinda cool. (8
I get goosebumps every time i hear the part of Enclosure from 7:30-8:36 it is such a sad moment but the music makes it more emotional i love the MGS series because of that. EPIC!
This is a very sad scene, At the same time, And for the first time, Snake gets to pilot a Metal Gear.
I remember watching this when I played the game, Watching snake jump into Rex and I flipping out saying, "I'VE ONLY BEEN WAITING SINCE MGS1 TO PILOT ONE OF THESE!"
The part where Naomi dies was VERY sad. )-: I remember playin' this for the 1st time & was weeping like Otacon. But then (oddly) REX got up on his 2 feet & I was like, "O here we F*ing GO!" Did any1 else have the same reaction or was it just me?
This scene is so sad - When Otacon loses Naomi, and just everything happening around him, then realising he is still important and everyone needs him, and then going on. it is just so dramatic and done so well. It is very heartbreaking but also emotional and relieving, somehow, because of him realising he has to move on and he's managed to do so, despite the bad luck he's had with women all his life.

I think its sad that Naomi had to die, I love the fact that they used the song enclosure though, that was one of the best and most dramatic songs in Metal Gear Solid for the PS, which is why the Twin Snakes wasn't nearly as dramatic without it, that and the voice changes and line changes.

If this is the last mgs with snake then there is no reason why not to give Otacon a happy ending and have him be with Naomi.
It just doesnt make sense to me Wolf and his sister dead yet they cant give him a final happy ending like every1 else.

@satmtca Hi. Naomi has cancer and there are nano machines inside her body which are kind of stopping the cancre from spreading. Snake is trying to shut the whole system down at the end of the game which means the nanomachines are going to stop functioning. This means Naomi will die after that anyway so she just set herself free. Also don't forget that Naomi kind of loved Vamp....

I get goosebumps every time i hear the part of Enclosure from 7:30-8:36 it is such a sad moment but the music makes it more emotional i love the MGS series because of that. EPIC!

This is a very sad scene, At the same time, And for the first time, Snake gets to pilot a Metal Gear.
I remember watching this when I played the game, Watching snake jump into Rex and I flipping out saying, "I'VE ONLY BEEN WAITING SINCE MGS1 TO PILOT ONE OF THESE!"

The part where Naomi dies was VERY sad. )-: I remember playin' this for the 1st time & was weeping like Otacon. But then (oddly) REX got up on his 2 feet & I was like, "O here we F*ing GO!" Did any1 else have the same reaction or was it just me?

This scene is so sad - When Otacon loses Naomi, and just everything happening around him, then realising he is still important and everyone needs him, and then going on. it is just so dramatic and done so well. It is very heartbreaking but also emotional and relieving, somehow, because of him realising he has to move on and he's managed to do so, despite the bad luck he's had with women all his life.

I think its sad that Naomi had to die, I love the fact that they used the song enclosure though, that was one of the best and most dramatic songs in Metal Gear Solid for the PS, which is why the Twin Snakes wasn't nearly as dramatic without it, that and the voice changes and line changes.

I didn't care for Naomi at all, I love MGS4. But sometimes it fails to wake up emotions, I cried when Vamp died though. I loved him ever since MGS2.
