  • my quest for the truth came when I was a young man in sales in the car biz this rich guy came in and he buys only collectable cars or new future limited ones, he said with the offer "I want the MSO --as well as the speedo undone as it will leave on a trailer ) I was what mso the title ? my manager said dont worry about it i will take care of it, hours later we delivered it and i saw a white factory title just like a state title except the gov has no jurisdition over it --believe it

  • how do u go about buying the deed to the land?

  • next

  • He's wrong about property taxes on the building. Even if you own the title to your house/building, you still have to pay property taxes on it. My parents own their home outright & they still get taxed on the value of the 'home' itself.

  • all semantics..

He is saying they are charging you for storing it on their property.. so in a way he is agreeing with you..

  • I'll have to watch it again but, I thought he was saying that once you have paid off your house, the building itself, and have title to that, you no longer have to pay property tax on it. That is what I was referring to. You do actually have to continue paying tax on the structure itself AND the land (and will see assesments for both in your tax statement). Then, he was saying there was a way to avoid paying prop tax on the land itself by gaining 'allodial (sp?) title'.

  • He also said that the only state with allodial title was Texas.

  • true

  • He is saying, which is true, you don't own the land the dirt that your house sits on.

  • At which time did our governments acquire Allodial Title to any land what so ever.

If in fact our governments acquire all their duties and powers from the People, when did the People physically authorize our governments to own all the land within their jurisdiction?

  • @Kingery4President Do you have an answer to your question here? I've been wondering the same question for about six months now, and can't find an answer.

  • @josda1000 The best way to understand "what government might own" we should look at our government as if it were a corporation - BECAUSE IT IS A CORPORATION.

In a corporation, you have the owners of that corporation - the voting share-holders - the controllers. These controllers create the rules by which their elected officials (CEO's President, etc.) must work within, which end up being their duties.

Those elected do not OWN the Corp. - they MERELY MANAGE IT for the owners.

    Continued

  • @Kingery4President Cont.

The voting/resident - People of a town OWN that town; people of a county, state, USA respectively own those within which they legally reside. The land is what defines the political jurisdiction. It is part of that town (etc.) Though the land is UNDER the corporate banner of Town "X" the voting/residents all own and control the land within Town "X".

The US Founding Charter is the Declaration. The By-Laws (the Constitution) are the rules...

  • @Kingery4President Cont.

Any government power that alters ANY right that the People possess (as there are MANY) the Constitution MUST grant to the government the power to interfere or somehow regulate that right. The USA and the States all have Constitutions, even the Counties and Towns (etc) have their By-Laws/Constitutions. The smaller (towns) Constitutions CANNOT Justly work contrary to the Larger (USA) Constitution.

The People control their governments, via the By-Laws.

    the END

  • Do they have an Alodial title to the land?

  • Liberty or death is still the logic of today.

  • At about 7:30 or so, he says that the "state" is co-owner. My problem with this is that the so called "state" has put nothing into it that it has any kind of [financial] consideration, so how can it be a co-owner? The one who is paying for it has not made a contract with the "state" showing that he/she agrees to give the "state" co-ownership. I think contract law says that there has to be meeting of the minds and consideration to have a valid contract.

  • wow, I'm really pissed off at the government right now

  • you should be and you should be happy for a guy like mike doing these for us and also for ben to have the heart to post this good work patriots

  • Become empowered and speak your truth without prejudice to all who are asleep still, so they can understand what is truly going on, so that they are empowered by their Free Willing Sovereignty. Love and light to all!

    All is well.

  • don't be pissed for long. not a healthy feeling or motivator, kind of wears off like an energy drink. we the people are responsible too. we haven't been doing our job of baby sitting our government. My entire family is clueless and I was clueless until about 2 years ago. get involved because it is the right thing to do. stand up for what is right. light the fires of liberty one heart at a time.

  • @madseacow7084 i agree and so do amny my bro.
