I like this workout alot i agree with your formula of math in losing weight and even will try your routines when im at the gym next, i disagree though with your statement if your spending 30 mins or more in the gym your doing something wrong, I do cardio for at least 20 mins at the gym i dont wanna cause an arguement i just wanna see people get their moneys worth from gyms.

im pretty unfit but fairly strong weighing 91kg. i can bench 140kg and im 18. i do practically no cardio just mainly mild weight lifting. Just tried this out and im practically dead. But i can just feel it working generally...im gonna keep this up for a month and just hope for some results. Thanks for the workout idea. ;)
First of all take the headphones out of your ears when your trying to teach, at least pretend to be paying attention. Secondly thanks for putting 2 random exercises together that have limited functional use back to back.
Look up the definition of superset before you use the term.

For example, if you can create a deficit of 500 calories per day through a combination of eating fewer calories and increasing physical activity, over the course of a week, you can lose about 1-2 pounds of fat. To establish how much calorie you need per day, multiply your weight in pound by 12. for example, if you weight 150, then you need 150 x 12 = 1,800 calories per day. Eat less than that
Just tried it out for the first time this morning for 20 minutes and it already feels like I've been sweating it out in the gym for an hour! Definitely gonna continue it for the rest of the week.

@dmancevo There's no set time. The key with the supersets is to push yourself with 20 to 40 second routines, with very little to no break in between exercises. Hope that helps
Ever since I couldn't run anymore due to a series of injuries I've been looking for new ways to keep my abs. Everything was too much for me and I couldn't do it.
This is nice and slow. just did a few sets and my heart is beating rather fast.

Thanks for sharing such great information. It´s the most amazing training i ever saw. No machines, just body energy, short time and the best results ever. Can´t be better and healthier. It´s going to be very hard for me to do it but will try. I saw something similar when i trained with Afu-ra and it was hard for me...but i really felt the results instantly. I 100% love this tipe of training!! So smart!

Love your routine!

@CHANDSOME Do the Squat Hold for about 20 sec in the beginning, then gradually increase to 30 and then to failure. Hope that helps
