You Jesus hits a 17 with the bow, and then the guy eats and then Jesus hits a 12 on him and then he dies... Is there any food in F2P that heals 11? Because that would mean that the guy ate at 0 hp, which is cool but freaky.

When a person clicks on the food at the same time as another attacks, the hitpoints are regained before damage is done. He could also have regained 1 hp as you normally do over time.
