You may want to rename this video. Because if the adults don't talk, but only listen, then that is not a "dialogue". Dialogue requires input from them and reponse from the youth for it to really be a dialogue.
They have to listen for a time because the youth have things to say, but often don't get the chance to say them to adults. But that's only for a 20 or 30 minute chunk of the 3 hour event. The youth and adults are encouraged to interact, meet each other, and form bonds.
youth and adults talk at the dialogues. i worked to produce them last year. everyone discusses.
