Went and seen Rosie over here in NZ the other night ,, but before the show , went and had dinner at a cafe down the road and guess who came sat with us ,, Rosie .. It was great to met her, lovely lady, and the show was super-cali-fabulous.. her backing band "Ranchsliders" were in Heaven along with every one else there.. :o)

I heard she was playing at Musikfest so on the strength of this video I went to see her play. I just got back from seeing her play for free on a big stage! She definitely rocks! Great guitar playing , vocals and vibe. Awesome performer too-she was doing stuff like lie on her back while plating guitar and kick herself in a circle!

A few years back I was running a jam at a club in Lakeview Terrace (Ca). She came in with a photographer and decided SHE was going to do a couple of songs onstage just to get a couple of 'live' pics, regardless of who was next on the list. She was a pushy bitch with an ego bigger than the room. Nuts to her.

When I was 34 I thought Rosie was so hot. Look at her now, twenty years later, and she is still so age appropriately hot. We got older together separately, a little bit at a time, so it is really hard for me to even tell.

Safari Sam's HB opened a Hollywood club 2 or 3 years ago..great space, real stage and cool bookings...Rosie is a treasure and her California shows were wonderful...good times and great music!
